How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Lighting in main bath horrible Water temp not consistant. Shower door did not shut completely .
Bed very comfy. Suite with couch more comfy than bed to watch tv. Seperate toilet helpful. Ample storage for a four day stay. Vrwakfast was good.

My room carpet was extremely dirty and needed to be shampooed (not just vacuumed).
Derick checked me in and he was an absolute joy! He was efficient, personable and professional. His friendly manner made me feel right at home!

Breakfast could be better. Compared to other hotels in the same category, this leaves a lot to be desired. The pool is quite small (again, compated to other places).
Located close to I225, so easy to get around Denver. Clean.

The cleaning solution they used made me nauseous. I thought when I booked the room we booked a suite with a couch and kitchenette, but when we got into the room it was just a regular hotel room.

Not your fault. Got there too late to enjoy amenities like the lounge/bar. We had to leave too early to catch a flight, so no breakfast. We did enjoy our nap.
Nice hotel. We liked the bath/shower separate from the toilet-separate rooms.

I was told the neighborhood was not ok to walk around in at night and there were quite a lot of street people around but nobody bothered me and I was using the DRT to get around which was conveniently located a block from hotel

I use oxygen and the shower was incompatible for a tank, I had to take it off while showering. I was unable to eat the breakfast due to fasting, but I was disappointed as a gluten free traveler to find an English muffin half in the brown sugar, which rendered me unable to eat an otherwise gluten free item. I did take something with me for later.
The location was right across the street from where we needed to be, I was there for a medical procedure. Was a comfortable bed, good shower, I liked that it did not have a fan or AC blowing constantly, and I was pleasantly surprised to be offered bottles of water for free at check in!

They need to clean better, lots of stuff on floors and carpet. One elevator out, pool closed, marks on walls.lots of noises like showers above and people in halls, rooms not insulated. The beakfast was a little sparse compared to similar hotels in the area. Not very hot, no option for waffles, not many fruit options, no pastries.
Good size room, nice TV. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was lacking, 3 out of 4 mornings we looked and went elsewhere!
Nice staff, had a problem with a light and they fixed it promptly. Room was clean as was the rest of the building.

It did not seem like a lot of effort was put into cleaning the room before I checked in. The bed wasn’t very neat and on the wall by the floor it almost looked like a previous guest had vomited and not all of it was cleaned up.
The staff were very friendly. It was within walking distance of the medical campus and made my work very convenient. The breakfast was also good.

The breakfast was OK, but not the best. One morning, the bread delivery truck was delayed through no fault of the hotel. The breakfast staff were very patient with customers, but there was no backup food product available. Perhaps a staff member should have been sent to a nearby grocery store for bagels and bread to tide the customers over.
Within walking distance to the hospital for a fit person and a shuttle was provided for the rest of us. Very helpful staff.
