Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe staff was great and it had everything we needed. We were there for the Ironman 70.3 triathlon and the hotel was great for that. They opened the breakfast at 3am so we could have a good meal before heading out. They really catered to our needs for the race.

Clean room & comfortable bed. I don't remember the breakfast at all -- maybe I skipped it. They accommodated my late checkout request. Plenty of parking and 16 Tesla superchargers in the parking lot (not that I needed one).

I like the accessibility and the great accommodation of the staff especially Ms. Joyce from the breakfast room. She is a friendly and compassionate lady who tried to make us feel at home every morning during our stay. I also commend the hotel for the extra water with lemons and 24- hour coffee, tea, & hot cocoa that is served at the lobby.
