There was an issue with the ceiling fan and air conditioning but it was fixed quickly.

Waiting in line for an elevator and having limited access to carts. We carried everything up on arrival due to no carts being available, this includes groceries. It was very hot and then waiting in line for an elevator with everything in your hands was just not a fun experience. Many complaints were heard by other guests as well in regard to both of these things.

Perfect location and comfortable stay. Clean, tidy, and up to date space in condo rental. Would stay in this condo/room again for sure.

the place was rather old. the floors weren't clean. the mattresses were old and there was sand in the bed. Was it even washed? I am afraid to even get the answer to that one. The refrigerator made a terrible noise throughout the night. the bedrooms were located next the corridor and elevator.

the location was great. the proximity to the beach was great. the unit was on the first floor which is a bonus especially because there was always a line for the elevator.

We stayed in room PH56 and PH66, and it was very spacious for my family of five. Everything in both rooms was very clean, the rooms are exactly as pictured! The AC worked very well, and the beds were perfect. The kitchens have everything you need and great lighting as well as the bathrooms. Both rooms also offer a gorgeous view! We originally were booked for 5 nights and decided to stay for an extra night, and the owner was great at helping us make that possible. To stay the extra night, we had to move up to the PH66 room, which was not a problem at all, considering the owner didn't have to let us stay another night but went out of his way to make that happen. Overall, I don't have anything negative to say. This was our third year at this hotel, and we plan to go back next year!

The room is not a it seems. Yes it's a great location, however, some updates need to be made. We walked in and it definitely was not like the pictures. The paint on the walls was like a child just slapped it on, they painted over things that shouldn't have been painted over. The bathrooms were newer, but the living room and dining were not. The dining room chairs, some have screws or nails that stuck out of the seat that cut our leg. Those need to be changed. The kitchen was stocked with things we needed to cook. There was a washer and dryer, which was convenient. Could've been a bit cleaner in the storage closets. The king bedroom dresser needs a new one, the drawers fall out when you open them. Not all the lamps work. The vacuum smelled really bad, we couldn't use it to vacuum, we just used the broom. Overall, it was a place to stay. Did it meet my expectations for cost? No. For what we paid, the place should've been better updated. I wish I knew this before I paid, I feel like we paid more than what the place was worth at the time. Other than that, if that doesn't bother you, it's a great location and you can park your golf cart on the side of the building if you rent one. Parking lot was close too. Pool facilities were very clean and acres to beach. Owners need to update, repair and make their units look nice.

The apartment was clean, nice, easy instructions and plenty space. We absolutely enjoyed the location and how quiet the hotel was.

Upon arrival we dropped off luggage to the room and tipped the cleaning lady $20 for letting us put our things inside, once we got into the room and situated we noticed the couch was ripped and VERY uncomfortable even to sit on.. there were dirty dishes in the dish washer and the ones in cupboard were also dirty, the next morning the master bath toliet began to leak so I emailed the owner. He was prompt on returning my message and came over the next morning .. the "maintenance people" came and didn't have the things needed to fix said they'd be back and never returned and left the toliet unbolted so it tipped w every wipe. All in all I was satisfied with the view, location, the comfy bed and and the lazy river but cleanliness and being updated for the price 👎👎.. definitely not happy..

There was an old bag of something on top of the tv stand that had moldy something inside. So the smell was a little funny at first.

Everything was great I would recommend to everyone.

The property didn’t monitor smoking(marijuana) on balconies or property. Often times it was quite strong.

Loved the location and the room. Walking distance to a lot of places! Room was clean and loved having a full size kitchen for cooking meals. Also was nice having two bathrooms in the unit.

The location is fantastic. Right on the beach in the middle of the strip. It had everything we needed for our stay; laundry, kitchen and full bathrooms and a wonderful ocean view.

I liked Everything

I liked that the beds were really comftorble and soft. I also liked how the everything was organized and how clean the rooms were. Something else i also like how there were alredy plates and spoons and cups there
