Room was supposed to have coffee maker and hair dryer, bu there were none. Texted the manager (there is no one on site), she was apologetic and said the cleaning man would bring them when he arrived. We never saw him and never got a coffee maker or hair dryer.

Comfortable bed, nice shower, very clean, great location, great price.

My main thing, and why I gave it a 9 and not a 10, was because there was no hair dryer and every hotel I've ever been to has hair dryers. We were going out that night and I couldn't wash my hair because I couldn't dry it in time, but everything else was great!

Though it is older and a small hotel with only like 10 rooms total, they have completely remodeled it and it was one of the nicest, low cost motels I have been to in Daytona. We went for one night. Virtual check-in is super easy, and staff texts you back right away when you have any questions or needs. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable!! AC was freezing, which we loved! Bathrooms clean with filtered shower heads, mini fridge and freezer were good size too. Was pleasantly surprised that it actually looked like the photos and smelled so clean when we got there.

Not having a trash can in the bathroom, not having a luggage rack, the dining room tables and chairs were not stable and rickety.

Feel like staying in a basement or storage room. Room was around back basement level hard to find no signs to rooms.

Could use a heavy detailed cleaning,in commonly used areas .1:Desk chair was stained heavily with something 2: End table lamp was unplugged, when I reached for wires they were covered in heavy thick dust. 3:Front doors on the bathroom cabinet could use some attention.

2nd time here @ this motel .PLC is very affordable.Newly remodeled w/ upgrades.

no frills, no drama. Easy to get in and out, very clean and rather nice and comfy. Walking dictance (5 minutes from a good restaurant on the water). 2 minutes drive to Starbuck.

The front door jamb was completely rusted. The last that holds the door knob in place for security could be replaced. This is a security issue these items cost a few bucks.

Very small units on the main road easy to find. Nicely updated inside w/ newer interiors.

The unit needed a chair there was no where to sit except the bed, & a longer cord for the coffee pot. Lol, had to move it to the night stand. Also it needed a broom, no carpet so the sand that is on your shoes get tracked in and sticks to your feet after a shower. Last but not least needed a box spring for the bed. Found it a little strange there wasn't one.

The property was clean and well kept.

Nothing as I said this was a great place for an overnight stay

Don't let the outside of the facility scare you it is just a long center block building with about eight doors but once you open up the door to your room you'll be very surprised it's quite nice especially for an overnight stay like we did on our way to Florida. The bed was comfortable in the rooms stay cool and it was a good location in Daytona Beach close enough to restaurants and right across the street from the beach.

The fact that we got lucky by just catching house keeper before she left the premises. She said she could not send a reply to my text message regarding code for lock on the room door as we have an international phone number( we are from U.K) . Not sure what would have happened had we missed her. I suggested she use What's App to be in contact with guests to send lock box code in future if she cannot text message guests international guests..

All as described. Very clean and comfortable, and very good value for money.
