The bed is not comfortable cigarette burn all over the linens’ on the floor ‘ on the table it’s everywhere.. my reservation was set for a non-smoking room.. The parking lot is very narrow You have to be very careful when parking your car in their parking lot.

There is nothing to like about this property. It’s only good for quick rest when traveling.

No refrigerator or microwave oven for long stays. I waisted my food I brought with me. But I didn't check accommodations before booking.

There was a man just hanging in the lobby. Dint seem as tho he was a guest. I saw him when I checked in, and 2 hours later when I had to leave to go to the store. That's not safe. For the price of the room, they should have had a microwave and a coffee maker.

It was definitely clean. The bathroom was very clean with soup shampoo and conditioner. The bed was king size and so dam comfortable.. I was able to relax and watch TV. The front desk staff was nice and a fast check in time. I would definitely stay again.

Desk staff were rude, the room door didn't close properly. You could tell that it had been pried open at some point. The ac/heater didn't regulate the temperature, it just kept running until you turned it off. All of the linens were threadbare with multiple holes.

Check in and check out times. The bed was very comfortable.

I like nothing about the property except it’s location.

The property is well built with lots of problems. All the remotes for the TV battery was exposed no covering. All night is noise. People smoke in their rooms and you could smell it in your room. The facility is over priced. It is a place for hourly stay only. I will never stay there again.

We were quite upset that the cost for the room per night was higher than what was quoted on Booking.com. One of the 3 drawers available in the room could not be used because it could not be opened. The front desk was notified, but the problem was never addressed. There was no closet and no place to hang clothes. The elevator did not work to the lobby, so luggage had to be carried up to the first floor.

Clean room and very comfortable bed. A clean and warm blanket was promptly delivered to our room at my request.

The cleaning. My first room was 205 it's not smell good. No body checked before me. When I go inside wawww. The reason they changed it for me.. and It's was 209 but the cleaning is fair.

I disliked that simple amenities were not available and elevator wasn't working on the lobby level. It needed bathroom mats instead of the paper bath mats. Longer shower curtains.

The bed was excellent but the room was missing a refrigerator, a closet and decent chairs.

Receptionist was not exactly professional.

The location smelled very clean and appeared so. The elevator didn't work from the 1st floor and there were holes in the fabric of the comforter on the bed. However, the linen appeared to be clean as well. It took a while for the water to become hot in the morning, but it was nice to take a hot shower the night before.
