The room was not cheap so I was surprised that the WiFi was not included and had to pay extra if I wanted it - which was disappointing- also there was not a restaurant open at the location - again disappointing- but the room was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

I could hear other guests speaking, it seemed this travelled through the in room AC or ventilation shafts and than there is the annoying card noise knocking and call out by housekeeping to check which room they could get into. I woke up from it. There are better, less disturbing ways, such as providing room numbers of guests who left.

Was great to get there quickly by sky train. Sad no restaurant was open. Bar seating for dining could be better, although I was able to eventually get a proper table. Food choice was acceptable and salmon was very good. Bar staff was magnificent. Most of front desk staff too was very friendly welcoming and helpful. Porter same, friendly, helpful, although I was wondering why it took him over 5 minutes to get the bags out of the storage room. There weren't that many bags in there.

When I arrived there was an issue with its reservation system,which didn’t accept my form of payment but after sometime and the property speaking with my card company the matter was resolved. The property went over and beyond to make things right by me, thus the good rating as opposed to an excellent rating it would have received but for the initial embarrassment during my initial check in

Beautiful hotel. I was a guest because my son was a player on the All Star Basketball games and we live quite a way away from the Arena. He stayed with his team and I got my own room. I arrived at the hotel at 12 noon on Friday for parent meetings and did not leave u til the next day. The food at Champions was excellent and I enjoyed my time alone.

Either the sheets are not very soft or there at bed bugs. Halfway through the night my legs started itching like crazy. Glad I was only in that bed for four hours.

It was close to the tram for the airport and car rental center. My plane was delayed and being able to get to bed quickly was perfect.

There is no Wifi included in the cost, no bottles of waters, no free parking, and very few amenities. Also to purchase breakfast, you have to leave the building.

Great facility, clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, rooms and bathrooms, appreciated the covered parking as well.

The hotel wasn't able to honor our room type request, so our bed was small for a couple. Thankfully, we were only there for one night, so it wasn't a huge deal, but it would've been nice to have the requested room after a poor rental car checkout experience landed us there after midnight.

The location is very convenient to the airport. We rented a car which is nearby, but if you don't have a car there's a stop here on the SkyTrain that makes it super easy for overnights. Staff was very kind at check-in and had extra water bottles ready for us.

To get from the International airport to the hotel, you must take a shuttle bus to the Domestic terminal and then a Skytrain to the hotel. Give yourself additional time to catch your flight when you return to the International terminal the next morning.

Great hotel with a clean and comfortable room. I wish I had a day to explore, but I only used it for an overnight layover.
