We have stayed at this location before and this experience wasn't nearly as good as our previous one. The first room was BAD. TV didn't work. Heat was set to NINETY DEGREES when we went into the room. Attempted to change the temperature and the unit literally started loudly banging and popping. Definitely needs service. None of the lamps in the room (three of them) worked. I asked the front desk to be moved to a room where things worked. The second was better. At least the TV and heat/AC worked. The lamp still didn't work. The bathroom was so tiny that the door nearly touched the toilet and it was very hard to find a place to stand and close the door. Paint was cracking and peeling. Overall the motel seems to be falling into disrepair. It is in definite need of renovation.

The location is very good. Convenient. Seems to be in a safe area. Not far from bars, restaurants, shopping etc. A few miles from downtown. Water pressure was pretty great in the shower. Lots of hot water. Most of the employees I engaged with were very friendly. The rooms were pretty clean. Beds were comfortable (pillows not so much). No roaches or bedbugs that I saw.

the smell of cigarette smoke in the non-smoking room, and not knowing where the light switch was to turn off the recessed lighting behind the bed.

The motel is located within a mile of Piedmont Atlanta hospital and a perfect location to spend the night for next day surgery. The room was good and very clean. The bed was comfortable and all of the amenities appreciated, including the large screen tv. The only concern is we had a non-smoking room and it obviously had been used by a smoker. The staff helped us remove the stale cigarette smell and made note of who had been in the room before us. All in all, it was a good experience, an excellent value and provided a much appreciated venue for our needs.

This place is located in the urban area so we didn't expect or demand much for just one night, but our room was facing a brick wall and hearing other guests coming in and out way after midnight through the front door located next to our room was pretty disturbing.

Clean (although there was an orange moulding on top of the tall cabinet...) and sufficient for just one night's stay passing through.

The hole in the ceiling wasn't great. The toilet ran all night, yes I jiggled the handle. The late night check in makes you feel like the area isn't safe. But I have to stand out there?

The beds were great! Shower was hot with great pressure. We came in on the train at 11pm and not knowing the area, being so close was fantastic.

The floor was dusty, the sink drain trap was broken and the fridge had some stains from liquids left by guests. I had to used a face mask due the strong smell of nicotine.

Exterior of building needed to be cleaner; did not like having smoking rooms in the building; also did not like caged check in system late night and felt better exterior lighting needed in parking area and outside of building.

Remodeled rooms with free outside parking; later is rare in this area.
