The bed was low and uncomfortable. Hard,lumpy . Not level or loose leg. Pillows only 2 and they were very small. Bring your own. The decor and furniture old and outdated. Only 1 chair. It was a hard chair it was with a small old table. ( at least they had 1. The lighting was not great.

Nice water pressure and good hot water! Fridge and t.v. worked good . Had a microwave, but we didn't use it. Coffee pot worked, but the coffee was terrible, but at least they had some.Room was clean. The owners/staff were very pleasant. We stayed 1 night when it was very cold outside,the heater worked very well! This is a convenient place to stop for an overnight stay or a place to rest and get a good shower. The price is good and I didn't expect it to be any better than it was. I'm actually surprised it was as clean as it appeared and that everything worked. ( per the price for the area) The hot shower was wonderful. My overall opinion. This is not a place to stay multiple nights not is it a place to relax but it is decent enough for a quick nights rest and a good shower.

Phone didn’t work so couldn’t call front desk. Light switch didn’t work so had to stumble around in dark every time we entered. The “free breakfast” was granola bars and coffee.

There were 2 dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The room was ok. I thought it was very overpriced for what it was.

When we arrived, the place was empty, except for a sketchy looking character down at the opposite end of building (where our room was), wearing short pants and cowboy boots. We circled the parking lot and noticed he was gone, but then saw him poke his head around the corner as if looking for us. Hmmm... I talked to the check in person about him and was told he is a worker there (not sure what he was working on). Got a room closer to office. Just felt kind of weird.

The breakfast was terrible. In their ad, they picture the lunch/breakfast area, showing hot plate/steamer tray, leading me to believe maybe bacon/eggs. Instead they had apple juice and a granola bar. If you're a health nut, maybe that's ok. But I'm not. When I'm on vacation anything unhealthy goes. Location...a little hard to find, signage could have been more obvious.

I reserved a room for two nights at $172 and when I went to check in, he told me it would be double the price. He ended up charging $222, and $30 of that was a pet fee. The rate increase was because they were “almost full”. I think we’ll be staying somewhere else next trip.

Rooms are from the 70’s. Clean but beat up. The BED was so the worst mattress I have ever slept on. Horrible night sleep.

Room cleanliness. There were resident houseflies for the entire stay. They became aggressive once I decided to eat dinner in the room. The bed had no frame.

Felt a little dirty there and a little sketchy of an area to be in the darkness. Not very impressed at all. Dark and gloomy area.

Finding a reasonable rate for a place to stay. It was not too far off the highway. Did not smell too bad.

Toilet seat broken, room keycard took about 30 attempts (not exaggerating) before working. Room just looks out of date and rather shabby

The room wasn’t the cleanest. It was dusty, sheets were stained. It didn’t look like they had cleaned it very well before our stay. We had an odd situation, we needed to check in at 8am so we had to pay for 2 nights. We were fine paying, but concerned there would be an issue with the odd check in time. I called the night before to explain hoping to make things easier. We were there for our daughter’s orientation at OU. We checked in fine and explained again. We came back at lunch to check on our dog, and we couldn’t get into the room, our keys had been deactivated. When I went to the front desk, he couldn’t find our payment and said we had never checked in? I had to pull up the booking and show him where the charge through my banking app. The manager was able to fix everything, but I was frustrated that the original desk attendant had screwed it up so bad. She was the same one I had spoken to the night before. We were very concerned because our dog was in the room and all of our belongings. Other than that, it was a decent price and pet friendly. I would recommend that they improve the house keeping. I would gladly stay again if it was a little cleaner. The clerk that checked me in also had an offensive shirt on. There was profanity and a statement that belonged on a bumper sticker. If I had small children I would have been very upset. Not appropriate for work at all.

Location was nice, very close to OU and the owner/manager was very kind and accommodating. The bed and pillows were decent. They allow pets and very few hotels in the area do.

Was more like a cheap motel worth maybe a $100 a night.

It was not worth $200 a night. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-10. Went down at 7 and there was no breakfast and no one at the front desk.

It obviously needs updated.

After reading all the reviews I was quite concerned about this stay but I didn't have any other option so went with it. It is indeed old and needs updated but for me my biggest concern is that a place is clean and this was. I was pleasantly surprised because I was expecting much worse based on reviews. It was clean and efficient and the price was good. If I had to stay here again I would do so with no problem.
