The one guard at the gate was very arrogant and not helpful. I needed to call about having the cabin cleaned as there was garbage left outside like clothing and shoes. Inside the cabin it was great until I found a half eaten cookie under the bed and the runner carpet was dirty. They came the next day and cleaned it up though. The bathroom sunk downstairs did not drain....it was very slow.The road to the cabin had lots of construction on it and the construction materials were left in the road that we had to drive around it and I ended up with a roofing screw in my tire and they would not do anything about it saying that it was like if I got a screw in my tire at home. I could understand that if I didn't have to drive around all the wood, tin, and debris left on the road to our cabin. They informed us that we would need to get ahold of shagbark as they dont have anything to do with the road they just rent the cabin so the property around the cabin is not part of the rental of the cabin. They hot tub jets were not powerful but it was nice to soak in.

The location was great, and it was peaceful. Loved seeing the bears walking around the cabin. Short distance to get to town. Beds were comfortable besides the pull out couches the mattresses are very thin.

The downstairs couch/bed was very uncomfortable also the WiFi went out, couldn’t contact anyone. Once we got signal to call tried to call the owners/staff would not answer was very frustrating bc we have children that wanted to watch tv and couldn’t.

Staff not very friendly. Cabin could have used a freshen up. Never did get a key to front door. Had to go in and out from the back door, kinda dangerous in the dark. None of the smoke detectors were working. Couldn't find the driveway because of the leaves and ended up in the ditch.

Lights too dim. Hot tub never got hot and couldn't get top of it off without it being super difficult to get top back on. Jets didn't work great either. TV was supposed to be left on but wasn't luckily I finally figured out how to operate it. Lights went out after a storm and no candles or flashlights there so had to go buy some and Lights went off around 4 pm and didn't come back on until 2 am. Water didn't work with lights off so couldn't flush toilet. We had been out horseback riding and riding utv and had to go to bed filthy. Bed downstairs not comfortable at all. Company didn't offer any compensation for money spent on flashlights etc or food we was unable to eat. Understand it was a storm and out of their control but an offer compensation would have been nice.

Plenty of room. Location ok. When lights went out did communicate with company via text often. My child did enjoy the video games.

to far away from things. road to get to the cabin was very steep and road was rough. not enough laundry soap for a family. the guard at the gate was rude and not helpful getting us taken care of. he couldn't find us in his system and we had no phone or wifi there and he offered no help and told us to drive and find service and call to fix the problem. I did but he was rude and very unfriendly.

There were a few areas that could have been cleaner, there were cobwebs on some of the windows and the ceiling fans were dusty. Some of the TV remotes did not have batteries in them. The kitchen supplies were adequate, but I expected a little better, there was a hodgepodge of unorganized utensils in the drawers, and the pots and pans were all from different sets that did not match.

The location was fantastic, very isolated but still not too far from the activities in pigeon forge. The cabin was clean for the most part. Facilities were in good working order with a few minor exceptions. The bathrooms were nice and clean

I was sent multiple texts with door codes and alarm codes which made it confusing on trying to get in the house. The house didn't even have an alarm so the information was meant for someone else. A CO2 detector was broken and it took 2 days to get it repaired. There seemed a disconnect with the maintanence team and the managment company about reported concerns which caused a delay in getting things resolved. Large branches covered the driveway (my husband managed to move them) but we had to drive on side of the steep driveway. I understand because of the location that this could happen but the mgmt company was not helpful in a resolution. The cabin had bare minimum supplies, the beds were very uncomfortable and the Wifi didn't work. Again I understand that the location could cause this problem but it was not resolved during our 5 day stay despite calling several times. I am unsure if the delay was related to owner or the mgmt company. For the cost of the stay including all of the fees, the cabin was not worth it! I will not recommend this cabin or the management company nor will I ever choose to rent from either again. The time that I spent trying to fix the issues and on the phone caused stress during a vacation that people do not want to experience when they are trying to enjoy family time.

Extremely steep driveway was nearly impossible to get up when it was covered with wet leaves and moss (even with new tires) Lost internet (which meant no TV or capability to work) Had to walk all the way to the back of the cabin to get to the keypad to open Downstairs bed mattress was crooked and uncomfortable Cabin says secluded, but there's another cabin right at the bottom of the driveway

The only complaint I could even begin to have was that the code lock was on the back door and we had to walk around to the back to get into the cabin. That wouldn't have been so bad but we went to a lot of dinner shows and we're coming in later at night. It was very dark trying to get to the back door. It would be much better if there was a motion light on the side of the cabin leading to back door. But other than that it was perfect.

I loved that the cabin was tucked back and secluded. The woods surrounding the cabin were beautiful. Waking up every morning to the view was more than perfect.

The coffee pot was spitting water out everywhere, so it was very hard to make a good pot of coffee.

It was very secluded, loved the front porch, and the screened in back porch with the hot tub. We also could play our music a little loud and we could sing loudly, knowing that we were not disturbing anyone.
