The room we stayed in the shower was slippery when getting in and out of. In a very small space. There is also two steps coming out of the bathroom which made it interesting if you get up in the middle of the night. The only thing we missed staying at a B&B there was no breakfast options.

Location! Also “Debbie”that cleans the and takes care of the Inn is fabulous. She makes the stay perfect and goes above and beyond!!!

It was the perfect location. Very cozy. Friendly staff. We would highly recommend staying here. We knew it would be nice from the pics and reviews but it even surpassed that. Truly a gem!

The steam shower was part of the reason selected this room and it did not work. It would have been nice to have more space for hanging clothes.

The stairs leading to our room should be lit at night. The outside porch light didn't provide any illumination to the stairs so we used our flashlight when we returned each night after dark. The exterior of the both buildings display visible needed maintenance.

There wasn't a breakfast provided, but we liked the coffee. The Key West room's bathroom shower is very nice and the king size bed is very comfy.

Very nice cottage / old St Augustine feel within walking distance of downtown St Augustine. It's basically a house with shared downstairs and you get a bedroom/bathroom/balcony upstairs. The bed was very comfortable, nice decorations, clean, and great feel. They provided water and coffee pods downstairs. Having a parking spot downtown was great too. Overall we really liked it.

Just a short walk to all that Downtown St. Augustine has to offer and one of the most comfortable stays you'll ever have. Debbie has done a great job with the cleaniness of the place and she pays attention to the little details that makes your stay feel like home!

Debbie and Jackie were excellent hosts. Debbie was very helpful with insights to all things local and saw to all our daily needs at the inn. The facility is decorated beautifully and kept very clean, and the location is perfect for exploring Saint Augustine on foot. The only downsides we encountered were a very noisy mattress and a family of carpenter bees that kept us company on the balcony deck! On balance, we had a wonderful stay!

Entry to the room was through the bathroom which was weird at first but quickly became normal.

Very central to the historic district, private parking, small but very comfortable room with a large balcony.. Lovely old house with kitchen, laundry, sitting & dining rooms and excellent wifi.

I did not like the strength of the air freshener as soon as you open the door. The scent was nice but overpowering for such a small space.

Location was great. It was a nice little room upstairs and tastefully decorated. The shower was strange to us as we don’t have side sprays or a rainfall in our shower so if you can’t see without your glasses on, you better grab ‘em before you start turning knobs. I got soaked by the side shower.

The only thing that could have been better was the water pressure in the shower. It wasn't a major problem and the bathroom was very large, nicely done and had everything we needed in it. We just prefer a more powerful shower head.

There was no breakfast included in our particular accommodations but we had a kitchen in our unit with a coffee maker. So, we could have made our own breakfasts. We chose to explore the nearby restaurants for breakfast instead.

Great location within easy walking distance of the historic centre. Our room in the main house was well furnished, very comfortable and of a good size. There is also a shared kitchen area to use in the house and a lovely lounge. We went to a nearby coffee shop called Southern Grounds for breakfast which was ideal.

Wooden sink in our room was in keeping with the African decor but was difficult to use and impractical.

Felt right got at home in this historic house very near to everything. Great to have parking in the historic district. Debbie our housekeeper was super friendly and very helpful.
