We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned during the day. There were also some old, crusty installations, even in the updated room. One of the bedside lights/outlets didn’t work either.

The room was newly renovated, and felt updated and modern. It was acceptably clean for the price point. We were conveniently able to park right outside the room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The noise level of registered guests could have been more under control

The property is currently under renovations and is looking good for the future…. The room was excellent and clean….but however the noise level from other guests was at times out of control…but all in all it served the purpose for a night of lodging….

The first night was good. After a day out the next day, we returned around 3 to find our room had NOT been cleaned. I inquired, and was told that think. stays more than one day, the rooms are only serviced every SECOND DAY!! No bed made, no garbage removed, no clean towels! REALLY! Very poor service. The room was also very wet. All surfaces...furniture, bed covers, ceilings, floors (quite slippery)...were constantly WET. Not safe, and a little unsettling. The listing on Booking.com made no mention of a security deposit required. Is a deposit really necessary? That indicates that you think your guests are inherently dishonest and destructive. Rather insulting, I think.

Evening shift staff was very efficient, nice, and helpful. The room was clean and adequate.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly as I found women’s hair on the walls and on floor around the bed.

Didn’t like that the room was literally 6 feet off the road with the main window facing the parking and sidewalk. I could hear everything outside. Woke up several times with noise. The worst think is someone was smoking weed just outside and the smell came inside the room. I’m travelling with a child and don’t want him exposed to such things.

I have stayed here quite a few times there are always a friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable for the price of the stay very reasonable near restaurants and everything else you would need a great day.

One of the beds had no blanket. We only stayed two nights out of 4. I don’t do roaches at all ,period. We had one in our room and that is when we left.

We stay in this area several times a year to see family and have had very bad luck with neighboring hotels. This hotel was a surprise, Clean ,remodeled,comfortable, and nice staff, which is all we could hope for and not easy to get especially at this price point. The location is convenient and felt safe.

The room was not cleaned properly, especially the bathroom. The toilet and shower were dirty. Someone used the toilet, maybe after cleaning. The shower curtain was soiled and hair in the shower. No blow dryer. Some of the furniture is stained. On booking.com, the refundable deposit was $20. When I arrived, the desk clerk said it was $50.

The bed was comfortable, and there were no bugs.

That I'm STILL so new to this part of town. ..lol.... : / .... the mall is 2 miles away ON FOOT ....ouch lol....

The PRICE- VERY affordable. Rooms are LITERALLY beautiful- WAY BETTER than any room I had before at this price. And the staff literally is GREAT. Very polite, professionally and VERY understanding. I'm still getting acclimated to the area. However- the location, price & quality - UNMATCHED .... 👍🏽💪🏾👍🏽🫶🏾

I did not like the cleanliness of the room. The service when I got there was not good. My room smelled a lot like cigarettes even though I got a non-smoking room. I was so close to going to a near by hotel and booking another room and requesting a refund.

Wish they had microwaves!

It’s very affordable and clean 10 rooms have been remodeled and they are very nice considering for the price I was very pleased.
