The only issue we had with the hotel was the temperature in the room. Wasn’t cool enough and the thermostat was broken.

The location was GREAT! I loved that we were able to rent a car on the property. Didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant but i did notice it had a great view of Waikīkī beach from the rooftop. To top it off it was nice and convenient that they had water bottles for use while we stayed and they had beach amenities to reserve free of charge!

The furniture and general condition of the hotel was outdated, a very superficial remodel was done, but the hotel needs a full renovation.

Check in took a lot longer than I thought necessary. Especially after a long flight. The stay was actually quite good but I have to say it was ruined with bed bug bites. It was really a great time until these itchy bumps popped up on my arms and chest. Truly a shame.

The location at the end of the strip was great. Not too busy and just a walk across the street to make it to the beach.

Hotel needs a refurb, looking tired. Location/views r exceptional. We paid $500 AUD per nt for 7 nts & for a jnr suite room 1127. I believe that's too expensive for a hotel needing reno - bathroom especially.

Some street noise on the 9th floor. The elevator system is a bit confusing at first, but you quickly get used to it.

Right across the street from the beach and walking distance to all the main road shops and restaurants. We had a gorgeous view from the balcony of our Oceanfront room. Environmentally friendly, reusable water bottles and refill stations. Their "Tiki Grill and Restaurant" was great. It is easy to get transport to other places.

Overall ok, nothing major. The hotel is not super new and some things look tired but it's fine for the money you pay.

The location of the hotel is great, the ocean view suites have full view over Waikiki beach and the best sunsets. Also, fireworks are visible from those rooms. It is a bit on the quiet side of Waikiki but the fun is just 10-12 mins walk away, so I don't see it as a negative.Also, water pressure was amazing. Their tiki bar is also great, with live music, and good vibes.

My room was awfully dated. Door had battered lock like it had been busted a few times. Air vents dusty. Bed creaked and squeaked - and I was travelling alone! The balcony door didn’t lock but as I was on 24th floor I wasn’t so worried. I used the safe in the room.

I liked the location. The facilities were good, small pool, seating / loungers / cabanas poolside. Tiki bar and restaurant on site. Activities bookable at hotel too.

Room was clean but dated. Needed some TLC. Hotel staff was not friendly. Elevator system is not efficient or reliable. AC sounds like you’re trying to start your lawnmower.

After a 9 hour flight, we were all very tired. I had requested an early check in, we arrived at 1.30pm but was advised that they couldn’t check us in until 4pm. We had 2 rooms booked and neither were available, so we had to wait. During our 6 day stay, our room was only cleaned once.

Maybe just some basic cutlery and mugs for day to day use but that would then require a little kitchen sink area to wash up.

Across the road from the beach, trolley stop located out the front, most tour companies shuttle pick up was also located out the front. Access to ice machine was handy each day. Beach gear tokens are also welcomed even though we personally didn’t utilize them as often as we could have. A/C was adequate and rooms could be kept cool and dark from using the block out curtains.
