It was a bit noisy at night with kids running the halls and doors closing loudly. We were glad that we were on the 3rd floor with no one above us.

Check-in was fine. It was nice having carts available to move our luggage to the room. I had made separate reservations for both nights of our stay, and the staff made a note to apply them to the same room, so that we would not have to move. We were glad that the fitness center was open at all hours (although unfortunately the pool and spa were closed).

The continental breakfast was lacking! No protein or fruit, whatsoever. (There was a random bowl of already peeled, hard boiled eggs. I guess that was the protein.)

Toilet was constantly running and had to hold down lever to flush. Second remote was under chair cushion when we checked in. We didn’t find it until we checked out and looked under there. TV’s were outdated. Hand soap and shampoo were not filled in dispensers. Floor and desk had stuck residue in some spots. Not impressed with hot breakfast on the weekend. Beds were not firm enough.

Some breakfast fruits were not fresh. It'd be better to have extra sheets in the room to replace the sheet under the blanket. However, when asked for more sheets, I got them.

I didn’t like that the pool closed at 10. It would be nice if just the adults had some time in there without children.

The breakfast was just ok! Maybe it would be a bit better if there was scrambled eggs, and sausage or bacon.

The soap dispensers barely put out soap. I would prefer a bar of soap.

If they had eggs for breakfast, it would have completed our stay. We also didn’t know they have a swimming pool. Did I miss that in their hotel description?

We stayed in a family suite. It was large with two queen and one king size beds. Very clean and comfortable. Water was hot enough for a nice hot bath

The breakfast was disappointing. Several mornings they had ran out of food & juices. Equipment broken down. Lines of people waiting to eat. Most left after not eating. We only had waffles one out of our four mornings there. Eggs not refrigerated. No yougurt. I was ok with not having a hot breakfast. But what they offered was lacking food and organization.

The hot tub was kind of dirty. The first floor smelled like marijuana.

It was a very pleasant day. The rooms were clean and the location was great.

We stayed a week and not once did anyone vacuum there hallways. Never even saw a vacuum. Never had our room cleaned while we were there. We had to go ask for more towels. The breakfast was okay. Hot breakfast on weekends only. The parking lot in and out of there was hard cause traffic is so bad there. We stayed in a family suite and only one bathroom.

Single elevator and desk clerk was outside in parking lot on a cellphone when I arrived. Had to wait several minutes inside for him to come in and check me in.

You can hear EVERYTHING above you. At 1030pm I had to make a call to the front desk about our neighbors above us being so loud. Breakfast could have more protein. Boiled eggs is all they offered as far as protein.

Front desk attendant was nice and very informative. Smooth checkin. I loved the suite rooms had plenty of towels and space for a large family. We had some issues with plugs, but figured it out. Housekeeping very sweet, called to let me know i left my medicine behind on accident. Starbucks right next door Beds are super soft.

The bed was not as comfortable as most hotels in this category. Bed linens need to be replaced. The furniture is outdated and not as clean as it should be.

The bed was a little too soft. Woke up several times trying to compensate. The pool was too crowded with kids, pool toys and personal items to even consider joining. I checked in another hour and it was the same. This was no fault of Ashley Inn's but they might consider something like special hours for adults only? I was very disappointed not being able to use the pool. Not enough tables in the breakfast area to accommodate the patrons.

Very friendly receptionist. All staff I met greeted me and made eye contact. I felt safe there. Very clean, quiet building and nothing in disrepair. The breakfast had a large variety of fresh food and the area was clean with staff regularly emptying bins and checking supply levels.
