Breakfast was a little small for the price of the stay. But decent variety.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location. My husband and I got a suite for our anniversary and it was so romantic! Fireplace, balcony, jets in the big tub, and a big cozy bed. Plus a beautiful rooftop with fireplace and seating under lighted canopy. It was a perfect stay!

Remove the rug or clean it in pet friendly rooms. It smelled bad of pee. Also - Get full size pillows, I don't know why hotels are trying to use little square pillows.

Location was great. It's an older hotel. check in was easy and pleasant. It's pet friendly which is what I needed but the rug in the room smelled like pee from past pets. It didn't smell clean in the room.

Probably the only thing I didn’t like about the property was the fact that the refrigerator was quite loud. I thought maybe this was a thing with small refrigerators but the next hotel we stayed with a small refrigerator was very quiet. So they either need to look into this as I have heard this complaint in some of the other reviews.

I thought our room was quite nice. It had a large table and two chairs so we could sit down and eat our breakfast in the room. Or play board games/cards, etc. The view we had a Morro rock was quite nice. The staff were amazing and I don’t think I have ever had such a friendly front desk person. Who met us on arrival with a glass of wine! 🍷 It is also very close to the downtown shopping area, restaurants, and waterfront. You can actually walk from the hotel to Morro rock and there is actually a beach right next to Morro rock. We didn’t discover this until the day we were leaving.

For the sink, water pressure is totally ridiculous considerate no pressure at all. But surprisedly shower is good. Also, a little consideration for the improvement that toilet paper is too thin. Beds are comfortable but make noise while moving around.

The breakfast was ok, basic, but the staff did not care to make the items available when they were gone. Customers had to interrupt their conversation to ask for more coffee :(

Breakfast really was lacking. It did have the frozen sausage and eggs, I was hoping for a breakfast like La Quintas do. No fresh fruit. But there was food. But the bad part was the cleanliness/cleaning staff. When we arrived the toilet hadn’t been flushed in our room. I just flushed it but it felt a little gross. Then we did spill some food on our bed sheet and pillow so the next morning we pulled the covers off and got it ready to be changed, it was a spot the size of a quarter, and you could immediately see it. And we left it uncovered. We left a note and some cash, but when we came back. The sheets had not been changed, the bed was made but the dirty sheet remained even tho we pulled the blankets off. Bathtub wasn’t wiped out either. Shower dispenser in tub was empty, and only gave us one washcloth. They didn’t take the money so the Next day we completely stripped the bed, left the sheet on the floor with the spot facing up. This time they changed the sheet but the pillowcase was still dirty, so we had to go ask for one. These aren’t big things and it wouldn’t stop me from staying but I definitely think the cleaning staff should be brought up to a higher standard for the amount of money paid for a hotel room

Liked our view of the rock, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure and quick to have hot water.

Nothing to dislike, it delivered what I expected of this level of hotel & as portrayed in Booking. com.

Good position in Morro Bay, close to the harbour, restaurants, bars and shops. Also handy for visiting Pismo & other beaches. San Luis Obispo close bye & Paso Robles are worth visiting, especially the former who have a fantastic farmer’s market on a Thursday evening.

The breakfast choices were not diabetic friendly. Everything available was full of sugar and/or complex carbohydrates.

The rooftop area had a great view of Morro and was fun to hang out at.
