On the expensive side, I feel if you’re going to charge a higher amount housekeeping should definitely be included without requesting services.

I thought the website said there was parking, but at check-in the gal said it was metered street parking.

The high quality touches and the well thought out and inviting courtyard were lovely. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Next time. The breakfast and service was delicious and excellent.

The attendant at the front desk wasn’t professional when we checked in. She seemed like she was uninterested in giving us information about our stay. It would have been nice to have some bottled water that we didn’t have to pay for in our room.

Loved the outside sitting areas and gazebo bar! The room was spacious and I loved the tile in the bathroom! Loved the bartender John at the gazebo bar! So pleasant to talk to and he made great cocktails! Leo our valet attendant was so helpful with our car check in and taking our bags to our room.

The size of the room was quite petite for me with my dogs. Nonetheless, it was pet friendly which was the most important thing for me.

I did not like that they didn't tell us upfront that we had to request housekeeping the day before and before 5 pm! What?! And I didn't like that our room did not have a desk, iron or ironing board. And we didn't like the Valet. Our car was closer than walking to the valet and there was a big open lot. Just provide free parking!

There are only black out curtains for windows and door but the rooms are along the outdoor porch hall similar to a motel. They definitely need to add sheer privacy curtains because currently the options are either dark blacked out privacy or totally exposed to everyone walking by.

I think the only even minor complaint I could make is that there were no elevators. We were on the third floor and hauling the luggage up was not fun, but not the end of the world either.

It was just the cutest hotel I’ve ever seen! Also perfectly situated for my husband and I to explore downtown by foot.

I have no complaints! This was a wonderful stay. I only wished that they would provided two drinks- one for each guest staying.

I loved the feel of this spot! All the details to the room, the bathroom, the toiletries,, and the lovely trendy decor, the courtyard, the fire pits and fireplaces and rocking chairs, the umbrellas, the free cocktail. They thought of it all!

It is a beautiful property. The outside was just wonderful. There was fire pits, fireplaces, lots of chairs, flowers tree, and shrubs. The area is truly magical. The room was very comfortable and clean. The total aesthetic was lovely.

Parking. Not well marked and I wasn’t clear about the parking and found out you needed to do Valet parking or self park on the street. The parking lot that the valet used was not in great shape. We used self parking on the street which worked out well for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, which made for a really relaxing experience. The location was perfect-right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore.The hotel itself is super cute, with charming decor that really adds to the atmosphere. All the fire pits outside were an awesome touch. We especially loved the restaurant on site; the food was delicious (amazing grits for breakfast). Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay with everything you need right at your doorstep!
