Construction noices 3 stories up from street. Autumns' inability to answer simple questions. Communication issues for sure. The kitchen wasn't clean. Dishwasher full of dishes even though they don't supply kitchen items ? Ice bucket had trash in it. Fridge door on wrong side. Very rough looking bathroom floors. Needs some love. The housekeeping supervisor needs to check. Think they must give booking.com the worst or leftovers. The pool was tiny. There was only 1 working wash machine. No juice 3 days we were there.

Walking distance to everything, Lewis the desk clerk upon check in and out. His sincere smile made us Southern visitors feel welcome there. He went above and beyond getting cooking pans to warm up our leftovers. Now we know they are not supplied at all these type of facilities. Apple Valley is a very nice area. Felt safe. Able to walk and get all the supplies we needed. Breakfast was good. 3 full days there any longer we would have left due to jack hammers. Will ask from now on upon check in.

The couch bed was broken, the microwave didnt work well, no silverware but they provided plates, holes in bathroom door, the shower made a super loud screeching sound while being on and the jacuzzi tub jets need a deep deep clean.

They had an elevator, which made it easy to carry everything to the 2nd floor. The room was huge and the bed was super comfy!

The pool was down for maintenance and it was one of the main deciding factors for our original choice.

It was a perfect location for visiting the zoo. There is also a nice splash park and playground two blocks away.

The pool was closed and we had our 4 grandkids with that were looking forward to swimming. No prior notification. The side door did not lock.. I had another guest mention he seen a dude checking doors on the first floor. Shower head kept sliding down

Big event going on in the conference center so no parking for actual hotel guests, kids running wild in the hallways from the event, not staying at the hotel!

Room was comfortable and clean. One of the tv’s in our room didn’t work but the new GM came up right away and couldn’t fix but as soon as his maintenance guy came in he came up and fixed it in two minutes! Very impressed with the new GM!

Bathroom and shower too small. Need more convenient towel racks. Would have been nice to have two bathrooms in a two bedroom accommodation.

No coffee in breakfast area when I went there about 6:30am. No pots or pans in our room so we couldn't cook. Water pressure was so bad I didn't dare wash my thick hair. No shelf in our shower

The rooms need major updates. Our room had a broken faucet in the bathroom, someone punched and damage a door, the smoke detector was hanging by wires, and our temperature control box was broken.

The guy behind the counter was very helpful. The room was fairly clean. Breakfast was good but standard, waffles, cereal, juice and such.

Had to call the cops, someone was banging on our door so hard it opened the flapper on the door. That was a little nerve racking. First room, TV didn’t work, staff moved us.

The hotel is getting a bit dated - just with some random cracks in flooring, and barely there decor. Felt a bit industrial in the room. The room above me must've had elephants practicing for a circus because that's all I could hear for hours.

Great location in Apple Valley. Plenty of free parking. Nice staff. Check-in was easy. The King Suite with jacuzzi tub is a huge space. There's a living area, kitchenette, bedroom with a comfy king size bed, and jacuzzi tub in the corner near the bathroom area. The jacuzzi tub had two jets, and they put a TV near that area to enjoy while you soak. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Overall, a very decent place for the cost. They do offer breakfast from 6-10am, but I did not check it out.

The breakfast was meh compared to other places like springhill and tru. Rooms looked modern in pictures but they look updated by a handyman. Beds felt old and in need of replacement.

pool and jacuzzi are really small. But I will say that since no one else was there it was enjoyable. water was really warm and good pressure on the hot tub jets.

the 2 queen suite had an expanded living area, 2 t.v.s, full size fridge, kitchenette w/ dishwasher and it only cost us $235 total for Thursday and Friday night.

Breakfast was late, which is a problem for me needing to be to work at 7. It was also lacking options at that time of day. My room wasn't cleaned once, garbage etc. I may be here for months. Like a lot of months..... so it would be nice for a better rate.
