The room is basic but clean and had everything we needed (microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and refrigerator). The view out back of the unit is beautiful with table and chairs for each unit and also there is a bbq for use of guests. The pool was clean. Laundry room had supplies and 2 washers and a dryer. The gas station and convenience store out front were an added bonus. Paul is an outstanding host. Nothing is too much trouble.

I can’t say enough good about our stay here. The friendliness of Paul (the owner I believe) was above and beyond. Checking in on our needs. My son checked out early from Cooperstown and they had a cot we could use for our last night. Having the microwave and dishes was so helpful! The beds were good. More on the soft side. We will be back!

If they have water filter that will be 10/10. After we put the boiled water overnight, there are a thick layer of sediment in the bottom.

Room was a little cramped but for a place to stay it was fine. We didnt spend much of our vacation in our room anyway.

Clean and the manager was fantastic the pool was great too. They had a fire pit and a grill out back. Bathroom was very spacious.

It was perfect for our needs and location. Clean, comfortable and able to prepare food. Paul very kind, friendly and hospitable. Even had laundry facilities which was nice.

It was a very convenient location with access to a minimart and gas station as well as beautiful scenery. It had all of the amenities you’d have at home…microwave, toaster, fridge, dishes, silverware, mugs, coffee supplies, lots of towels and other bathroom supplies!

This cute inn offered us everything we needed and more. The room was impeccably clean and tidy. We will definitely stay here again.

The shower size was small compared to the bathroom size. Also, there was not any signage showing that the building was there. maybe some flower pots to dress up building. Couldn't enjoy the back because a lot of bees. need pest control.

there was no breakfast. just snack bars , water bottles, coffee. they own the food store/gas station on property., toaster oven , micro wave, coffee machine, frig., tv. , nice size room and shower. wish shower was bigger. beautiful scenery of mountains and corn fields, had a pool and grills chairs.

Everything was great with our stay, can not really provide a negative for our stay.

The motel exceeded our expectations, Room was immaculate and very clean. They provide a microwave, mini fridge, free Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, plenty of clean towels. They also provided dish soap, body wash, shampoo, hand soap and an iron. It is a family run business, Paul is the owner who also conveniently owns the convenience store gas station in front of the motel. The each room has a front and read door, the rear door faces an enormous corn field and mountain views, they provide 2 chairs and a table to enjoy your morning coffee. THEY only negative is the air is filled with the smell of the dairy farm down the road, you get used to it. Brings you closer to the mountains!

The room was more than adequate…thanks for the water. Very close to Dream Park, convenient to Cooperstown. Loved the backyard scenery…”If you build it, they will come”. We expected to see Shoeless Joe any minute.
