Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesParking is expensive and there was no warning about the cost with Booking.com.
The room has a balcony overlooking the Gore River. It has a great pool and the kitchen is well-equipped. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Loved that our dog was welcome at this location.

United StatesThe only problem we faced was construction was going on in the unit above us until after 10:30 at night. I thought it odd that they would allow people to even work after 9:00 PM. after three days of this, they finally straightened it out.
There was a lot of snow for this time of the year. The lift lines were literally nonexistent.

United StatesIf I had to pick anything it would be the price. For it being offseason, the rate was about $100/night too high. Also don’t like the parking fee, especially when you have no other choice than to use their underground parking garage.
Antlers is a great location. The room (#315) was clean, stocked well, and made for an enjoyable trip up to Vail. Pool and hot tub were also very nice.

United StatesThe $50.00 for the parking... It could have been $25.00 but we had no choice because we drove to the place.
our condo was is a great location seeing the stream. it was quiet. the front desk was always there & polite. The pool & spa was excellent. We enjoyed it because of the surroundings. The rocks in the spa was great. It was walking distance to the village.

United StatesStaff were very accommodating and helpful - they allowed me to use the pool and fitness center when our room wasn't quite ready for check in but I needed a place to kill some time. We also had some minor issues with the room like there not being a hair dryer and they brought one down within minutes. Also, the pool and hot tub area can't be beat with the sound of the rushing creek right below and unobstructed mountain views!

United StatesThe room was very stuffy with no air or fans. We ended up calling the front desk to get a fan for our stay so we could sleep. Some parts of the building- to include our roof- needed repairs. It was a nice hotel but maybe not worth the value for what we paid.
The location of the hotel is wonderful. It is right on Gore Creek trail and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tubs are great as well.

United StatesAntlers location is perfect, but in terms of accommodation it was a let down. We booked a condo with bunk beds. 3 guests, the condo lists 4 guest capacity. The bunk beds are in a closet, I can’t call it anything else. No room for your things. The one bedroom with queens size bed was so tight you can barely move around the bedroom. All our things were in the small living room. The condo is so small…. It was disappointing. Maybe 2 people can be comfortable in such tight space, but never 3 or 4 quests.

United StatesHORRIBLE smell upon arrival. Had to open every window to air the place out. The screen door on the slider is inside instead of outside and this allowed all the gnats to congregate inside the condo which was disgusting! The carpet throughout was full of stains. I definitely was not comfortable going barefoot on the carpet. Thankfully I brought my slippers. The furniture was too large for the size of the bedrooms. You can't even use half of the dresser in one room because it right against the nightstand and you have to walk sideways in the other room just to get around the bed. The pool and hot tubs were FULL of bugs and the bikes available to check out are pieces of crap!
