It was a little warm and stuffy at first but we booked the stay late and there wasn’t enough time to open the windows before we got there. It cooled off quickly by opening windows and using fans!

Excellent stay for the price! Washer and dryer were a huge plus! Many fans to help cool it off! Over sized mini fridge

I am a returning guest. I visit annually for my dogs eye appointment at the Animal Eye Clinic of Spokane. My dogs are well-behaved, and I clean up after them . They've always been welcome here. I love the homey feel this location provides us. It's cozy, clean, and quiet. The small kitchen allows me to prep my own meals (saving me time and money during my visits). I feel safe here and walking the neighborhood. There is a Safeway close by as well. Also Little Euro was a nice place to eat out and close by.

Basement door only locks from the inside while occupied. Unable to secure while away. Also main light switch in stairwell is odd but understandable considering situation.

Location, cleanliness & facilities were great. Easy to find, easy to come and go. Quiet neighborhood.

Very easy check-in, very private. The use of the washer and dryer was great. We were easily able to extend our stay. We stayed with our cats and we will stay again.

It was disappointing to find no water & sink in the kitchen. Had to go to the bathroom to use the sink or bathtub water.

The only downside? I wish I had more time to stay! I experienced the most relaxing sleep I’ve had in a long time, and I truly didn’t want to leave.

This is a very nice setup for extended stay or even a vacation stay. Loved the separate entry, parking and the bonus of a fenced yard for our dogs. Anthony and his family are great hosts. They keep to themselves and you are left alone. That is a big bonus. I do have to say the cooking smells from upstairs were wonderful. I would stay here again. And recommend this place. The beautiful washer and dryer were an extra very much appreciated bonus.

Nothing - we enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back for our next dog agility competition in the spring.

To us, the fenced back and front yard was the most important factor. We loved the neighborhood - quiet except for the dogs next door which was not a big deal. Comfortable beds, very nice host..

This gentle man has done an exceptional job on EVERYTHING that is required to run a very nice motel. The washing machine and dryer were an added bonus. Thank you very much for doing a superb job on the presentation of your hotel! Oh, and the coffee was bad a**! 🤭😊
