There was not anything that stood out to us that we did not like. I will say, complimentary breakfast would have been helpful. The prices at the restaurant and café were high.

We loved the pool, the staff were kind, and the rooms were nice. The suana and steam room was absolutely amazing and the mushroom coffee in the morning was nice. We loved staying here and will be back very soon. The hotel was extremely accommodating to our family.

The hotel is a really cute boutique hotel. It's clean and modern (the scent they use in the halls is so good!). It was in a great location for going to a concert at Shoreline. The bar was great too, with excellent selections available!

Busy lobby area. Long check-in line. Busy elevators. Coffee shop food was not good! Both coffee and food were below average and very disappointing. If coffee shop food comes from the hotel restaurant, I have no desire to eat at your restaurant.

The location didn't work well for me. It was in the heart of Silicon Valley, Google was close by as was the computer museum, none of which were of interest to me. I needed a hotel close to the hospital, and the hotel was about 10 minutes away via freeway. I also found the entrance to the hotel difficult to locate.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was smallish but resort like. I ate at Broma at it was delicious. The room decor was minimal but very nice and there was no carpet, a real plus for me. Linens and bed were very comfortable.

The smells, the pumped rose smell through the halls is overpowering and the scented soap. They need I wipe light switches, the switch in our bathroom had something red smeared on it.

The atmosphere is great , good food , good drinks, friendly staff & good amenities like pool, hot tub and gym. They have their own parking garage which was amazing. Walking distance from shoreline amphitheater! The room had everything you would need!

I wish the bar were open to at least 11:00 pm. On the bar website, it said it was open until 11:00 pm, but the hours for the bar posted on the hotel website said 10:00 pm, so it was confusing and disappointing because we planned to get a drink at 10, but the bar was closed.

This was a great value and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the bar/lounge area with the pianist playing exceptional music

The pool could use more seating and lounge chairs.

I loved the sauna and steam room, the pool was a great touch. Great bar and cocktails, the massage and wine/cheese afternoon was excellent. Staff was very friendly, dog friendly was another excellent feature. Great proximity to a dog park, there’s a bar across the street and great Pakistani food. The amphitheater is also nearby.
