Bed was a little soft for us but that's a personal preference.

Nice sized room with good lighting. Great location. Nice to be in a place with only 4 individual units and our own parking space.

The room wasn't very clean. Everything that doesn't get used often has a good layer of dust on it and there was beach sand on the polished concrete floors. The TV remotes were a bit grimy. It wasn't so bad that I won't stay there again. The top windows don't have shades, so the room lit up like a bulb as soon as the sun came up.

It's a very short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Nice decor. Very simple and modern. Quiet at night. It's in a safe neighborhood. It has a designated parking spot, right outside the door. Making it easy to unload and load your vehicle.

Unit 1 was situated next to the road, so traffic noise could be heard from quite early in the morning. Also construction work started quite early on the house next door which was a bit annoying as we were on vacation.

Good location, very near to beach. Also well located for the short drive to San Francisco airport.

The smell of the disinfectant was intense despite keeping windows open for 2 days couldn’t enjoy being inside because of the Lysol smell. Also the remodeling next door was more noise than we would like while trying to relax there. Would like to be noticed before hand they’re doing construction next door. Also the noise from next door a trucking business Nextdoor.

Great parking , view was nice but not ocean view. Walking distance to brewery, restaurants and the ocean. Very cute bungalow , separate bedroom felt safe in the neighborhood.

Although the casita came stocked with coffee, there wasn’t any tea (even though there was a tea pot in the unit.) The unit did not have a luggage rack.

I liked that it was a separate casita. I also liked its location….close to the beach and close to restaurants.

Temperature control was difficult because the heated floors were only in the bedroom/bathroom, so it got hot at night, while the living room was cold.

Location was perfect, we loved the heated floors and modern amenities. We also enjoyed having a TV in the bedroom and one in the living room. Beautiful bathroom.

This was a stop on our roadtrip. Great self catering accommodation and in a great location. Close to a supermarket, restaurant/bar etc. Would recommend to anyone travelling through the area.

Great location within walking distance of several restaurants and supermarket. less than a 2 minute walk before your feet feel the softness of the sand on a beautiful beach. Property is just as it appears in the advertisement, very clean. The area experienced a late evening power outage however upon our return we found candles placed at the front door by staff, resulting in a very nice candlelight night.

No deadbolt on the front door. Little ones can open and walk out unless you completely block the door with furniture. Shower door opens into shower?? Think it was installed half hazardly, as well as some other things that make it feel like a quick construction job (cutout in wall with picture hung that covers part of it??)

Clean and convenient. Close to San Francisco, but also out of the city. Great views just a short drive south. Excellent staff that responded quickly to inquiries.

There wasn’t really anywhere to put your luggage or at least to get it out of the way. Also, not a lot of space in the bathroom for things and no tissue. But overall a great place to stay. If we ever come back to the area we will definitely consider Anchor Inn.

Nothing much, to be honest. It is just a great place to stay. A bit more kitchen utilities (wine glasses, cutlery (only one small spoon) would be appreciated.

The location is wonderful. The views are stunning and local shops, restaurants and grocery stores are in walking distance (just down the road). It is a real gem.

I wished there was a tea kettle but that’s nitpicking. There didn’t seem to be any air conditioning but the days were only 60s so we just opened some windows. Oh, and the conditioner dispenser didn’t work. Still, all small stuff.

It’s more like an Air B n B except we needed an extra sheet for the sofa bed, I texted the contact, and the sheet plus some towels showed up pretty quick. We drove up from LA so brought our own drinks/snacks. We loved the location and the unit itself. Will stay there again.

The TV channels are a little bit too complicated, thousand of them ,but we could not find the one we want, maybe we are out of dates of these high tech thing….

The place is very clean,and modern, and close to grocery store and the beach activities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only wrinkle in our reservation was that we paid extra to check in early and when we arrived at the new check in time, the cleaning staff were still there. We went to get takeout lunch, and they had finished and left by then.

There's not much we didn't like, because we knew what we were signing up for to begin with and it worked well for us! Probably the only things I would change are that I wish there was some sort of internal lock on the door (as a young woman traveling on my own it just made me nervous that in theory, anyone who knew the code could come in at any time) - we slept with the chair pushed against the door for peace of mind but even a hotel doorstop would've provided some additional sense of security! Also wish the couch set up was a bit cozier and there was an additional set of blankets around but these were extremely minor and exactly as listed in the description so by no means an issue.

It was like having our own little beach shack! So fun and a great location
