Had a lot of trouble with WiFi connection

Had to send a report to get some safety issues fixed. Hopefully, that is done before there are any little kids that will stay there.

The view was absolutely amazing. Opening the windows to fall asleep to the ocean was so relaxing.

the bedroom blinds are to small for the windows. They are not wide enough and the light from the neighbors shine right in your eyes. I took a picture to share if able to.

Some of the handrails are dry rotted and corner of balcony. To where I wasn't comfortable with my 5 year old or my 80 year old mother to be on the balcony unsupervised.

The beds were not very comfortable.

The view was amazing and the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and fireplace was a bonus.

The second bedroom double bed was uncomfortable and not easy for two persons to get in/out.

back light did not work but that small. Understand some don't the thew keypad to get in but that long number it too be expected for safety tradeoff.

We love the Lincoln City area and stay north and south, I would say this is an average Vacation stay But what kicks it is 5 starts is the views. amazing floor to ceiling windows and the front deck you can sit on and watch the sun sets or storms. IF you have a big family there are lots of beads for all, But, we did not use any beds. we used the brand new sleeper sofa and were able to fall asleep under the start and wake up with the sun. for a Place that is Dog friendly and used so much the place was very clean b y our standards. Love the back yard for taking out the dogs but as other said the light might be Burnt out as did not work bu we had one we brought lol. the from Staris are Huge BUT if you walk to the left and around to the back there are much less stairs. we have 3 places we try to stay multiple times and with this one this is a 4th we will watch for.

No container to put recycles in. Nothing to clean with such as disinfectant for counters, toilets, bathtub, etc. I had to go to the store and buy some to clean up while there and before we left. Main room could use another side table on left side of the bed. Also, cleaning instructions before leaving was not clear. It says to wash all linen, except blankets are folded and put at the end of beds, Sweep Mop, etc. I feel I should not have to do all the cleaning I am on vacation! I ran out of laundry pods so I left a set of sheets from top bunk in the bathtub and 3 kitchen towels over bathtub edge as they were still wet.

No keys, just a code. The view was amazing, house was clean, and very warm family feel! There are books and movies at the property for use. Extra clean blankets, sheets, and pillows in closet. The home has all the amenities needed for a convenient stay. Has the atmosphere and feeling of a warm welcoming of a used and well loved home. The yard is small but cute and well maintained. Pet friendly but doesn't smell and furniture free of pet hair. The view from the kitchen window is pleasant and picture perfect. (So, not only the ocean gives you a view).

All of the furniture was very worn. Needed new pillows. Obviously can’t change, but power poles and lines were distracting.

The queen bed is much to hard, for me. The day bed was too soft. But the bottom full size mattress was just right. I could not find directions for what I was supposed to clean and what I did not need to clean when I was leaving.

It is a lovely location. Clear 180 degree view of the ocean from the front room. The decks are both in great shape, no mush to any of the boards. I was surprised to see such a great backyard. I didn't think of a backyard at a beach rental. It is a comfortable, with plenty space for a 4/5 person family. I would recommend this home but then I would have a harder time getting reservations of my own. That the property owners returned my call within a half hour.

The fridge leaked inside and our food got wet. One twin bed was sagging, pretty worn.

View, location, easy beach access. quaint house, comfort, great directions for unlocking and locking the home and phone access for help with the code.

By the pictures I thought you could walk right down on the beach and that the stairs were on the property and that wasn’t the case. Also by the pictures I thought there was an outdoor fire pit on the property and that wasn’t the case either.
