Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWhen I checked in late at night the room was in less than ideal condition. Linens were used and dirty from last guest, trash can was full and bed was made weird. I was so tired from full day at Disneyland I didn't let them know till next morning.
Nice room and they did fix room for my second day after complaint about the first day. Good price but because of traffic too far for future Disney trips.

United StatesI had an end room, which is nice in itself because it had a separate seating area. The only downside is the a/c is in that sitting room so it was harder to cool down the bedroom.
Great value. Rooms are fairly spacious for a budget motel. There is a fridge and a microwave. Beds are comfy. Short drive to theme parks.

United Statesif you wish to extend your room date, but you do it online instead of at the property, they make you still check out the room at 11. You can’t just extend, unless you pay in person with the Inn. So you are moving and hanging out until 2 or 3pm. Basically waiting for 3 or 4 hours before they let you move in. Just let the customer stay in the same room uninterrupted dude.

They inn had a board displaying the wifi was only for their residents and it is complementary. They never provided me with free wifi which is what we reach out when we travel on business.
