The property was absolutely amazing! We stayed in The Sable 23. When we walked in, it smelled so nice and clean. Very spacious, the bed was comfortable, nice size kitchen, and decorated super cute. It is walking distance to the beach. The pool was right outside our door. We are planning to go back next month!

My husband stated he heard mice all night in the walls and couldn’t sleep because it sounded like they were right above him. The doors all connect in the back yards so it left me feeling a little uneasy that someone could walk over and come through. Lots of locks around the doors though. Wish checkin was earlier and checkout was later. Barely got to enjoy the place for 1 night.

Very spacious room, beautiful quick walk to the beach, nice pool area, lots of extras provided inside the rooms for laundry etc but no coffee.

I've not lodged in a non-franchised hotel in decades. Was a little leery of renting this place for fear it'd be rundown or unkempt. To my great surprise, the property and our room were both excellent: clean, well-appointed, and comfortable.

The beach chairs are very rusty and won’t close. This makes it difficult to carry more than one. If they belong to the villa, they need replaced. If they were left by guests, then they need thrown out because it is looking trashy in the storage area by the patio in room 24S.

Overall just ok. The common areas needed work pool area is the first thing you see and everything looked unkept villa studio looks dated/worn and could use a-refresh. Poor lighting at night had to use cellphones to light our way. Towels provided - stained need to be replaced…glad I brought my own. We encountered backed up toilet which Wendy attempted to resolve. Thankfully our family visiting happens to be a plumber and was able to resolve. roaches 2 occasions.The response I received was not professional “Florida climate “ is no excuse! Air vent in bathroom has black mold and intake exhaust full of dust.

The villa was quiet and great location with short walk to beach. Had everything you could need from towels to kitchen utensils, full size refrigerator. Hand soap/ dish soap paper towel, toilet paper. Side door that goes to small patio with outdoor shower, 2 lounge chairs, patio table w/3 chairs. Parking was sufficient and Mgr allowed us to have a visitor parking for family that came for day. At a fee of $30.

The caretaker had an extremely flat affect, could be taken as quite rude. The pool area is quaint but needs some fixes. Bed was meh... king size is a plus but not that comfortable.

The location is perfect. Around the corner (walking distance to The Doctors Office) to the restaurants and beach. The beach is gorgeous. Nice like beachside restaurant next time I'd like to try out-tables are right in the sand. Room had a nice fridge and was clean. Random kitchen ware. Enough to do a long weekend. Toaster oven would be a nice addition.

The master bed was very creaky, squeaky, fan was noisy. The second bath toilet took forever to fill. The dining table was wobbly and legs almost fell off. There was no communication via the app for checkin instructions. The lady left a message the day of and I was busy driving, when I returned the call she stated 3 times she left me a message but wouldn't give me the information while we were on the phone even when I gave her my name. Made no sense and was unfriendly, not at all hospitable.

The location was amazing. There was coffee in the unit. The appliances were nice and the unit was very clean.

The check in is too late 4pm and make you leave at 10am. Mrs. Susan was the name, she entered a little before 10 o'clock without knocking on the door, taking us out of the room, beside they were charging us a different price than the one that appeared on the web. The bathroom was dirty full of mold, and the beds were not comfortable. The housekepping staff is very rude.

The room was about the size of three-walk in closets and at the highest nightly price that I have ever paid. There was no disposal and no dishwasher and the "stove" was a two-burner electric plate resting on the refrigerator. The counter space was so limited that it was questionable as to where to stack two or three glasses, much less anything else. The mattress was so soft that one sank into it. About 15 feet away was a construction site for a three-story home; fortunately no work occurred during our 5-day stay which was very quiet as there seemed to be few guests during the week of our stay. The small closet was mostly filled with cleaning equipment and most of our luggage and clothes were spread across the two-available chairs and the small dining table. But with three doors into this small area (one door connected to the adjoining unit) our unit had the character of a benchless waiting room. One was requested to remove their own refuse/trash as there was no service to the room during our five-day stay. Our room was the farthest indention in the photo heading this piece.

There was no breakfast. The bathroom, in general, was very clean and quite commodious. The shower was especially welcome. However, no Kleenex tissue was available. The Wifi was excellent and the large liquid screen TV was more than sufficient.

The shower wasn’t working but property management tried to fix it with a screwdriver was told that they are trying to get a plumber to fix it. The stuffing was coming out of one of my pillows on the bed in which if you were making the bed you would’ve seen the pillow belongs in the trash. The crawlspace in the ceiling Had a white cloth or tissue hanging from the ceiling along with hand prints all over the door, extremely dirty. lightbulbs burnt out and no battery in smoke detector. Other then that we LOVED our stay and our room. some of these are small things that can easily be overlooked but others should’ve been noticed. p.s they did offer to let us get a shower in another room so we could go out for my mother’s 80th birthday celebration.

This is our go to place on AMI. We went to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday and her first time staying at this establishment. We had my favorite room The Lady and was pleased with most of our stay. I was just a bit embarrassed by the things in the room that should’ve been fixed since I am always raving about this hidden gem.
