United StatesWhen first entering my room, there was a terrible odor, as I have a sensitive sense of smell. I notified the desk Manager, and he provided me with some air freshener. However, when I went to adjust the curtains, they were corroded with bird feces! I contacted someone from the cleaning and showed it to her, which in turn showed it to the manager. Fortunately, he was able to provide me with another room a couple doors down! Ultimately, I gave the first room the lowest score, but the second room was very satisfactory.
It was a perfect distance from the ball fields, where my granddaughter was playing; and also not far from the Falls, which I was able to enjoy.

So I couldn't bring any of my food home that I ate at restaurants. Then when I was checking out there was a microwave in the lobby. Would have been nice if they told me at check in.

The lack of amenities meaning outlets, the outlets they did have were loose so you couldn't use them, and having to pay extra to have a mini fridge. Also having no blow dryer and minimum towels.
It was an easy location to go to a bills game.

We had cigarette burn mark in our comforter which was a non smoking room. Water pressure for the shower was horrible

Super clean, bed had thin linens but just added the sheets from the other bed and slept comfortably. You can def tell in the little things it is discount (mattress isn't high quality, just 2 small soaps left for use, etc.) but tremendous value - I stayed for my son's UB Parent's Weekend, didn't want to pay a lot for a room, and was very happy the 2 days I was there.
