The internet is pathetic and works very slow. I have lived here before, but this time internet made me frustrated.

When first entering my room, there was a terrible odor, as I have a sensitive sense of smell. I notified the desk Manager, and he provided me with some air freshener. However, when I went to adjust the curtains, they were corroded with bird feces! I contacted someone from the cleaning and showed it to her, which in turn showed it to the manager. Fortunately, he was able to provide me with another room a couple doors down! Ultimately, I gave the first room the lowest score, but the second room was very satisfactory.

It was a perfect distance from the ball fields, where my granddaughter was playing; and also not far from the Falls, which I was able to enjoy.

there was a guest there that was very loud and obnoxious she was just trying to start problems . staff was unaware, I didnt mention it and she started outside. would prefer better quality of pillows.

Not enough outlets there was none near the beds. Only 1 mirror that was in the bathroom. There was no microwave or mini refrigerator. So I couldn't bring any of my food home that I ate at restaurants. Then when I was checking out there was a microwave in the lobby. Would have been nice if they told me at check in.

There is none of the facility if you wanna make warm water specifically in snow season, Finally I drink the tap warmer water, The bed covers were not appropriate for the snow 🌨️ days Please take initiative for those

The place could've been a little cleaner. There was hair still left in the bathroom from previous people. The lack of amenities meaning outlets, the outlets they did have were loose so you couldn't use them, and having to pay extra to have a mini fridge. Also having no blow dryer and minimum towels.

It was an easy location to go to a bills game.

The room needed to be updated the furniture and the bathroom definitely needed a makeover although it was clean

The staff was very attentive. When I asked for the room to be serviced less than 5 minutes there were three people cleaning my room I really did appreciate that.

Mattress very uncomfortable. I'm use to two pillows we only had one each. The only mirror was in the bathroom. Toilet paper was way out of reach when sitting on the commode. We had cigarette burn mark in our comforter which was a non smoking room. Water pressure for the shower was horrible

Smell clean and the rooms were clean. Staff was polite also needed to say thank you for returning my coat that I have left behind. Thank you for house keeping. Will visit again. God bless

Mattresses uncomfortable, no extra blanket was provided. Curtains were broken and could use a primp.

Super clean, bed had thin linens but just added the sheets from the other bed and slept comfortably. You can def tell in the little things it is discount (mattress isn't high quality, just 2 small soaps left for use, etc.) but tremendous value - I stayed for my son's UB Parent's Weekend, didn't want to pay a lot for a room, and was very happy the 2 days I was there.

The room could have been cleaner, the shower looked dirty and the sheets and carpet needed a deep clean. I was slightly surprised as it wasn't cheap.

It was on our route from Canada back into the US and good location near shops and away from the busy downtown area.

The person with whom I checked in (a woman) was rude, she looked desperate for no reason. Also, the cleaning personnel stared at me when I arrived and didn’t even answer when I greeted them.

No art on the walls in the rooms.. so bare There was hair on my bed and on the folded towels in the bathroom No elevator No fridge or microwave in room No outlet near the beds??? Only on the other side of the room. Change that

Did not like paying a $100 deposit on the room, without knowing ahead of time.

Bare minimum. No refrigerator or microwave. Bed was not comfortable squeaked when you moved. Had to ask staff for towels or paper cups.

They do not serve breakfast..it’s unfortunate! because sometimes the prices they charge for a night’s stay. Should deem the guests some complimentary breakfast.
