The hot tub was very dirty. My daughter went into it and she started talking to me and I noticed stuff sticking all over her skin like dirt and the mixture of the bubbles and dirt.

The staff was amazingly helpful. The property was well kept for being so old. Our room was perfectly fine.

Still undergoing remodeling. Cleaning ladies came to room at 4:00 PM. I consider that to be late. We were out most of the morning and afternoon and we came back to room while they were cleaning and another day before they even got to our room. So when she came to our room we just declined to have the room serviced

The buffet was not set up, so we had to order from the menu, and therefore, it took a while to receive breakfast. We also noticed that many people were walking into the room, picking up the same plate, and putting it back down as they were expecting to use the buffet. I am not sure why the plates were out if the buffet wasn't being served. Do we know that when it was time for the plates to be used, would they have been considered clean?

The breakfast was good. I was happy to learn that the hotel was committed to providing the food services we were expecting, even though the restaurant was under construction, which is why we chose this hotel.

My only issue, which is very minor, is that there was one hook in the bathroom to hang towels on. It would be nice to be able to hang up more towels.

Location is good, very easy to access from the highway but you hear no highway noise which is fantastic. Few restaurants near by which is great also as another option besides eating at the hotel (food there is also good) Hotel has been renovated and updated which is really nice as well. Staff were very friendly

Under renovation and quite inconvenient. Staff should come to the parents if there is an issue, not yell at children 10 and under. They know what they are getting into when this is booked.

Breakfast was phenomenal, we enjoyed the buffet. The location was amazing. The staff was great Other than the sink was clogged up in the bathroom, which was promptly taking care of... We were situated on the 10th floor Which was great it was out of the way and away from the noise and the traffic. The room was quite comfortable the bed was quite comfortable. Their bar area was very nice, for getting a nice evening drink and appetizer.

Parking can be tricky as the hotel fills up since currently half the parking lot is storage containers for the renovations they are doing.

Easy thruway access! The gym is large and we basically had it to ourselves which is always nice. The best part of the gym by far was actually that the water is bottled. I never knew the cups and fountain bothered me until I had easy grab n go access to bottles! The room was a good size though there are not many walkable restaurants around so if you get in late have food with you already.
