I Google hot breakfast and swimming pool.. had neither... Only had cold cereal and frozen bread for toast... no juice machine it was broke. No pool said temporarily out of service .. even though outside sign said pool flashing by main road on sign .. false advertising.. Very disapointed.. Only had 1 towel in room.. had to ask for towel and still only gave me 1.. I use 2 myself.. Super disapointed.. need a warm meal . B4 traveling.

The pool was closed for maintenance. I believe some people live at this hotel. The building is old. It looks like a Super 8.

We have our tiny dog which means a pet room. I understand that. But the smell of this room was so bad. It was 1:30 am, we had to open the window for a few minutes just to be able to breathe. The beds weren’t made but the sheets were on them and folded blankets on top. A headboard to one of the beds was propped up in the corner. And there was fur on every surface other than the bed. (Didn’t notice this until the morning). It was 2:00 in the morning by the time we checked in and got the beds made. So it was sleepable. But waking up we didn’t even dare use the shower.

Loved that it was easy to get to and staff was nice.

The pool was not in service and we didn't know til we were checked in. The sink in our room was clogged and the outlets were so worn out, they wouldn't hold our charger plugs at all.

The first room we were given had a broken window on the ground floor that couldn't be secured. The desk worker asked if we wanted a different room... Yeah, we would. The pool is out of commission. And it smells odd. And make sure you return your key--its a $5 each if you don't.

This is a hotel for cost and location only. If the location and price work for you it might be better than sleeping in your car. There's a Cracker Barrel next door if you like the restaurant.

At check-in, i had to ring the bell at the desk 3 times before someone came to the front. The employee was kinda rude talking under their breath to the other, probably about me cause i walked in completely covered in grease after working on my car. 🚿 head didn't have a hook so you had to try to place it where it wouldn't spay out of the shower, yet the whole floor of the bathroom flooded and no way to clean it up.

The bed was comfortable, room looked nice but things didn't fully work.

I was charged a $100 deposit but the ceiling was peeling from the bathroom, there wasn’t a remote back on the remote control. They had a waffle maker out for breakfast but no waffle mix.

Overall, the stay was fine - nothing special. The pool was closed which was disappointing and it took 15 minutes to find a staff member to check us in. Breakfast was minimal. There were some things under our bed left from the last guests and the toilet was a little dirty.

We enjoyed the location of this property.

My room was DIRTY, like it hasn’t been cleaned on the last 7 days. The only thing that looked freshly cleaned were the sheets (thank goodness).

Housekeeping could have removed the bowl of something nasty that was in the microwave. The toilet ran all night. Coffee pot but no cups or coffee. You get what you pay for.

The room was not clean. Dusty, sink still had toothpaste in it. Coffee area in room was dirty. The fitted sheet had stains. Bed was not sturdy. A group of men were parked outside drinking and urinated on the shed.
