Exceeded expectations! Honestly, we were a bit nervous about the hotel when we booked, but wow, super room, nice pool area and great service!

Our room had a slight musty smell and humid. Something kept banging in the wall. AC turned off at night for some reason. Bathroom light could use work as it wouldn't turn on right away. And no bathroom fan made showers uncomfortable.

Beds were comfortable. Hospitality was awesome. Food was good for the setup. Staff was courteous and inviting. Always said hello in the hallways. Rooms were pretty quiet. Off the highway enough to not hear traffic, close enough to find right away. Lobby was very spacious with a nice nautical theme. Food and refreshments in the bar area were reasonably priced.

Excellent location: Right next to the interstate, plenty of gas stations, and a choice of restaurants. Emily at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful with my checking and advice on going up to Green Bay and the Packers Stadium.

The pool was busy while we were there with birthday parties so we were short towels and there was quite a bit of garbage (candy wrappers, etc.) on the floors and in the bathroom that I picked up because I could tell the staff were too busy. Our room clearly smelled like dog so we purchased a room freshener.

Breakfast was great! Clean and constantly being refilled. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned every day.

The room needed brighter lighting The sink wasn’t draining but after I reported it they dealt with it quickly.

Really need an elevator for us seniors. We struggle to carry bags up stairs. Asked for a main floor room but didn’t get one.

Breakfast was typical with waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, but with the yummy addition of strawberries for a topping. Room was good size, very clean, lots of nice touches, much appreciated the blackout shade in the room, and that there were TWO chairs!

Wish there was an elevator. As senior citizens, it’s getting more and more difficult to drag suitcases and bags up the stairs. Except for that, it was a very nice stay!

The breakfast was good, but pretty typical. Would have preferred hot oatmeal served from a crockpot instead of instant. Appreciated all the nice extras, such as strawberries to top the waffles! Very impressed with the level of cleanliness in our room and throughout the guest areas. Didn’t use the pool area this time, but it looked clean and inviting. Especially liked that there was a designated “adult only” time period for the pool. Also really liked the blackout room-darkening window shade…such a nice touch!😃

Breakfast seemed disorganized. Staff had to go heat up and bring out eggs and bacon for each guest, probably to avoid waste and gluttony, otherwise fine.

Nice quiet location, rooms, hot tub and pool with great staff.
