I absolutely did not like having no view as my window was taped over with plastic as the building was being painted. When we reached out to staff I was assured it would be corrected and it was not not did staff reach out. Had their website stated this I would have stayed elsewhere. Also had toenail clippings on floor and discarded candy . No good as I have a 3yo.seems to be a common occurrence whenever I stay at a Wyndham property. Considering no longer staying with Wyndham.

The only thing I have to complain about was.The cuzzi in the pool area was not an operation. We were not told that so I felt kind of disappointed

The room was very nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and had towels and everything. The breakfast was very delightful And a wide range of things to choose from.

You can tell that it’s an older hotel that has been refurbished. I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor of my room but found mold along the rim of the tub. The sealant needs to be replaced.

I was impressed by the surroundings so close to a big city. Beautifully landscaped and wooded on the outskirts of town. It was very quiet and safe there. Everyone was helpful and friendly. There were multiple dining choices close by.

As mentioned, management seem to be cutting back on "free" breakfast.

Breakfast staff were excellent, however it is clear management was cutting back on fresh fruit, bread and pastries, and a few other amenities... The front doors opening to this dining area let in vast quantities of cold air... That made sitting for coffee and anything else uncomfortable.

Overall we were happy. A little more fruit choices would be nice. My wife prefers plain oatmeal, which was not available. The towel rack in the room needed repair but overall conditions around the hotel were acceptable.

Reasonably good choices, food was good quality. Location was near a running trail which I appreciated. Front desk staff was cheerful and accommodating. Overall it was a good experience. This requires me to add a little more.

Our bathtub was slow to drain, but we made it work.

The location was perfect for all the activities we planned and friends we visited. The room was clean, functional and served us well for our trip. The pool was nice to cool off after a day of walking in the sun! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent for being complimentary - Eggs, meat, cereal, waffles, juice, bakery items, fruit, and coffee.

Love the location of this hotel and the beds were really comfortable. We did report a leak from our toilet on the back left that needs to be fixed but it was not a deal breaker.

Only issue was our keys stopped working prior to check out, as my husband loaded the car and my kids and I went in the pool for last time (approx 10:30) when we got back to our room neither keys worked. Cleaning lady was right there and let us in but was still odd. Hot tub jets didn’t function.

Our room had an odd smell (slightly musty) in It that perhaps an air freshener would correct.

The location is excellent, just minutes from great shopping and Bunker Beach water park. The hotel is very clean; I especially like the tiled floors in the rooms in this well renovated building. The shower has excellent water pressure. 24 hour coffee & tea is available in the lobby.

The fridge stunk super bad. Like something had died in there. The sink water stunk so bad I couldn't brush my teeth. And when I first turned it on something nasty came out of the spicket. The water overfill drain was growing something other worldly in it.

Staff was very friendly. Easy to get to and by everything you'd ever need. Lots of parking. Bed was comfortable enough.
