How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The shower head didn't have a lot of water pressure. I believe this property might be a long term residency for some people. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and the same black car is still sitting in the exact same spot, looks to have some tire rims inside the car on the driver seat. It was parked directly in front of my room. A couple of doors down there was a BBQ pit outside the door of the room. During my stay, I only heard some kids running around, having fun, while I was inside my room, but as soon as it got dark I didn't hear anything. Overall I had a good experience at this motel. 🙂
The Jacuzzi tub was awesome, just needed some instructions on how to turn it on. I believe that they need more towels/mats to help reduce the slippery conditions when walking around the room after being in the jacuzzi tub. The tile floor is extremely slick when wet.

A lot of light came in from outside around the door.
I had a king bed with a Jacuzzi in it. Only bad thing there were no instructions on how to turn it on

The cleanliness could have been a little better
The woman at the front desk was a bit "snippy". The 100 dollar deposit is crazy. Other than that the jacuzzi room was clean. It was cleaned than I imagine it to be and everything worked as it should. It could've been a little bit cleaned. There was hair in the filter., but nothing too bad.

Restroom door wouldn’t close and the toilet was loose, ac too noisy and other Guests too loud.
It was close to several restaurants and convinced stores.

Some of the other guests were loud and arguing early in the morning
The spa bathtub was amazing! Everyone was very nice and because I checked in late they were gracious and let me check out a little later. Love this place

The office staff and the change in their behavior
I liked the hotel and the staff was wonderful up until the a few days prior to the day I was harassed and treated with a unprofessional and discrimination act of behavior and the way I was treated and I had been staying there for a long time and I was suffering from severe chronic pain and other medical conditions and I was absolutely past being offended by the office staff and the hateful and verbal way I was spoken to and the fact while trying to process the next booking process of paying for another night I was embarrassed that she called law enforcement and I am a former law enforcement officer that worked in the county of the location this hotel is located was absolutely embarrassing to me and excpcially when I knew the law enforcement officer's who arrived and I am aware of the drug activity that I have seen at this hotel.

There hasn't been anything that I have any complaints about the time that I have been staying here.

we paid 120$ plus for a room that literally only had a bed and spa tub in it no chairs no couch nothing the tv wasn’t working had to wait a minute for them to find a cord which was missing the room wasn’t the cleanest they mirror was broken and faded

Room was not clean. Multiple stains that resembled blood on the chair, couch and all over the mattress cover and sheets. Crumbs in the sheets. Door was partially jammed which made me feel a little wary because even when shut and locked it didn’t seem fully closed.
Staff was friendly and flexible about check-in time.
