How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Filthy, unsanitary, and unacceptable This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. • The floors had caked-on dirt and hair that was clearly never cleaned. • The bathroom smelled like a sewer back-up the entire stay. • The bedsheets and blankets were stained, dirty, and clearly not fresh. • We found bugs and shed skin on the floor, and on top of that there were ants crawling around. This property is not sanitary or safe and Booking.com should reconsider listing it. Absolutely unacceptable conditions. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

From the minute you pull up it looks like a Motel, very dark and dingy looking. The room was really bad, not clean at all, has a smell the minute you open the door. We felt so uncomfortable we couldn’t even stay in the room for more than an hour. We looked for another hotel within the hour of being there! The messed up thing is, they know how bad it is that they have a no refund or cancellation policy! Just horrible! Do your self a favor and stay clear, not worth the money

Verified reviewThe first day our family checked in . The hotel doing roof fixing. Parking lot was messy and materials were at parking lot . I thought it was their last day of working on the roof. Next morning the roof guy came and fixed it the roof at 8 am in the morning. The breakfast was horrible and counter top was dirty. The room service didn’t come to clean up the room every day. Because we stay at the same for 4 days ???? The sheets have coffee stains on it and pillows case have smelly. Not enough blankets in the room.

Everything was really dirty, the dust was horrible, the beds were worn and dirty, it was the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen and I paid $453 for one night. It's better to sleep in your car while you find a decent hotel. Don't waste your money on this hotel.

This property looks nothing like the photos on booking. When we arrived it looked like we were pulling into a trap hotel. The outlet between the beds were pushed in the wall, the telephone jack hanging out the wall, the walls looked awful and dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky, and the caulking around the tub was dirty, the walls were dirty.

Our room was filthy. I read reviews and they weren’t good, but I was hopeful that they had fixed previous complaints. The floor was gross and didn’t even look like it was swept. The sink and shower weren’t clean. I was hoping the towels hadn’t just been refolded, as they were very sloppily tossed on the rack. There were bugs collecting all along the dirty mirror. The bedding did look clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. The air was cool and our room was quiet, but we woke up early and dashed before breakfast time. I think this is the worst room we’ve ever stayed in and that’s saying A LOT!

Verified reviewIt’s convenient to get into the hotel right by the highway. Staffs are nice. But there is nothing I can say positive about this place.
It should be illegal to advertise this hotel with all other amenities and charge people for it. Awful smelly room. Metal bed keeps making sound with even a slight movement and unable to sleep all night. Room needs serious renovation and focus on cleaning. Specially bathroom. Breakfast??? They should just simply don’t say about it. Two types of Cereal but no juice no coffee or anything else counts as breakfast? They don’t even have one chair to sit down to eat or drink. Please don’t confuse people.

Breakfast was a joke. There was no fruit, nothing warm, a gallon of milk sitting in the fridge with staff food. The room was very unclean. Broken soap dispensers, splatter stains on the walls, very dirty carpeting.
