Bedding was definitely not clean. Booked 2 separate rooms and both had dirty bedding and floors. The workers were friendly and apologized. Breakfast had no proteins. Just waffle or cereal or bread for toast.

The toilet was plugged and dirty when I arrived. The room smelled so I sprayed it with the air freshener that I keep in my car. The room was decent, older and showed signs of wear but not horrible. The tub was great but the ceiling above the tub was severely water damaged and crumbling. The fire alarm went off for no reason when the spa tub was running. Even with the door closed and blower on. The tub area had a lot of loose short dark hair scattered around....I have very long hair of a different color. So it wasn't cleaned properly .The door was sketchy but locked and the number was scratched into the door with maybe a pen or marker but still hard to read. A lot of noise and the next room hadn't paid for the room for another day and they were trying to evict them. I could hear it all from my room, which made me feel not very secure. I stayed there in the past and it was a pleasant stay but things don't look like they once did. I'd still go back but definitely a room in better shape and hopefully cleaner. Overpriced for what it is now.

The spa tub was great. The bed was ok. TV was fine.

Room was 1970's with a 5'x5' jetted tub surrounded by one wall of mirror and rest was pinkish purple subway tile. Room was dark with one small overhead light, only one lamp, dirty old wingback chair, cheap striped 1970ish carpet. Strong smoke odor. Walkways outside were littered with debris, and it appears many rooms were housing long term people.

Office area and Breakfast Area relatively bright and clean. Breakfast sufficent.

The room was at least $50 cheaper than all others in the area. I told my family not to expect much. But it smelled nice as you got in. It was clean. The breakfast area was immaculate. It is an older hotel but there is extra care put into this established ent. There were double beds, spring mattresses, but overall very comfortable. We were there for one night only. The breakfast included waffles.

the rugs were worn and i forgot my slippers so that had my feet feeling grungy

when i pulled up it was in need of outdoor renovations, which were happening. I automatically got the sense that the owner had pride and wanted to tend to the property. That made me feel good. When I went into room it was adequate for what i needed it for, sleep. It was very dated, rug and furniture. the bathtub was a 4-6 person jetted tub. I hope they keep that but modernize it. There was a wall to wall mirror over the tub....lol.....sus............But again the water ran well, the heat ran well and the lights worked. The value was great, the staff that I came into contact with was GREAT and that was worth the money I spent. Seeing the renovations happening as soon as I pulled in really set the tone for the stay. The noise outside my room was fine as well. I just hope the renovations dont increase the rate too much lol I stayed by myself and felt very safe the whole stay.

The first room we had a bad odor. They changed it, once we asked them to. The review is about the 2nd room: It wasn't clean. The carpet was not properly vaccumed. The walkways were not cleaned daily. The room was not cleaned and the beds were not made after the first night. The side table had spots on it.
