United StatesThe heat didn't seem to be functioning so it was a little cold, especially during the winter. The building was pretty old and there were holes and light stains all over the walls. The room had scarce lighting so it was pretty dark.
The room was clean enough and the bathroom was spotless. Nice big window that had heavy curtains.

United StatesThere was only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in the room...there were 4 of us in the room. I went to the front desk to ask for another roll...they didn't have access to it....we had to wait until housekeeping came in at 930 in the morning.

The front desk clerk has no access to the laundry so for two nights I had no sheets after paying over $900 in this place!!! Worst hotel service ever. Only good thing is they allow ur pets for $20 a night which is posted but they will tell you it’s $30 a night 🙄

United StatesEverything. The staff entered the room without knocking while my wife was changing. Argued with me telling me that it was ok. I don't think so. They did want to return the money for the room even though we had only been there 30 minutes. Scam!! Do not go there. Trash and dirt in the hallways. Trash and dirt on the floor in the living room. Staff was extremely rude and argumentative. Disgusting and disappointing. The pics on the internet were from another hotel. Sleeping in a subway in New York would have been cleaner. DO NOT GO THERE.

United StatesFirst, the entrance to get in hotel was open, didn't need a key card to enter so anyone could get in. At around 5:30 am some guy opened our door and was coming in our room but I was awake and said something. When I asked front desk, they said we must not have bolted door. I said he must have had a key card cuz it was bolted. Not at all worth the money spent. Bad experience. Really would like a refund or something. Would never recommend this hotel
