Hard to get in and out of room..after we announced we would be there between 3-4PM, when we arrive, the computer was down. And they told us to come back 30 minutes later so we had to figure out what to do for 30 minutes. When we got back, computer was still down and then they offered us the key to the room anyway. It would’ve been nice if they did that right away when we first came since we did have our confirmation and payment confirmed on our end. The beds were too high and I was disabled so it was hard for me to get in and out of bed and the mattresses were too hard.

Beddings aren't fresh nor newly cleaned. The room smells of smoke. AC is so LOUD.

The lady is nice. Location close to the I-80. I guess you get what you pay for.

For the price, it’s disappointing. Our non smoking room absolutely reeked of smoke - apparently there was a smoking room on the other side of ours and that’s why. Sheets tatty, shower grim, furniture very well used. The kind of place I’d expect to pay $40 a night, not over $70.

Great location for a quick 1 night stop. Staff were friendly.

The breakfast area needed a good cleaning. Carpet in our room needs to be changed as threadbare and ripped near the bathroom.

Not much choice for the breakfast. The cupboards and inside fridge needed a good cleaning.

It would have been better to have a vending machine as I had to go to the front desk to find out what they did have. The sign for the vending machine was posted but yet there was not an actual vending machine.

Location was close to town. The breakfast in the morning was good with the variety of items presented. The staff was nice and friendly as well as helpful when it came to helping me into my room when my key was not working.

The police on the highway in front of this motel where pulling over tourists left and right it was downright ridiculous i was just glad to leave York without being harassed!

The air conditioner made a weird noise every time it powered up during the night and would wake us up (Rm 112) Did not have a good night sleep :-(

My husband, father in law, and I are moving to Maine. We arrived at the hotel late at night after driving 15 hours. We only had one key to the room, and we accidently locked it in the room in the first 10 minutes of arriving. I went to the desk to see if he could let us in our room , and I apologized profusely. I got a heavy sigh and a shake of his head. He then proceeded to scold me like a child while walking the 2 doors down to open our door. Had it not been so late, and had we not been so tired, we would have left immediately. There was supposed to be breakfast also. There was not even coffee and muffins. Long story short, the room is decent, the customer service is severely lacking.

The room was clean and comfortable.

We were disappointed about 3 things. The toilet seat was very loose, the hair dryer didn't work and the bathroom door was nasty and rotted out on the bottom, hence moldy.

The dude who checked ud it was friendly and brought us a new office style chair after my wife sat in it and it broke in two (and she's not a lard ass or anything). Luckily she wasn't injured.

Safe and conveniently located. Car can be parked right in front of room and parking lot is well lit.

It wasn't the cleanest, but it was cheap and had a smoking room. Would stay again.
