The location was great!! Very clean.

Parking was tight and not enough.

So we had to postpone our trip til this week. Prime location for us

We had to vacuum the AC filter because it was filthy and making me sick. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and toilet paper everyday. I was told there is no housekeeping. I had to borrow a broom to sweep up the sand. Empty our own trash. We had a deluxe room. I suppose because the tub had jets. The tub with filthy and there is no way we were sitting in it. This place is bare minimum for high price. We have been coming here for 20+ years for the location. There has been little done to enhance or even basic repairs. The beds are most uncomfortable. We are leaving with sore backs and Im coughing from the mold Im guessing is in the AC.

Staff were friendly , accepted us in our room an hour early , right in-front of arcade and rides and 2 min walk from the beach

Not the cleanest , mattress are finished need of change, pool wasn’t cleaned or heated as written

We stay there every year! They even upgraded from last year. New Tv's. The rooms are always clean and we love to be so close to the action! A great value!

The beds were very uncomfortable, only got 2 pillows that were pretty much dead. The shower curtain looked and felt like it was from the dollar store, the deck could definitely use some attention, mostly all boards were loose, the upper deck is really small, if someone needed to get by you had to stand up to let them through. However, the linen was clean, the room itself was clean, the place really just needs a really good makeover.

Location was the best cause I was with my two young grandkids so it made easy to go back to room for naps and breaks

Found the room to be chilly with ac off!at night. Just wish we could do some heat.

It was close to Palace Playland and the beach!!

We stayed in room 122 and it was dirty, everything in the room was old, (including the mattresses they were bent)the night stand lamp had an electrical problem. There was a hanging extension cord adapter / box supplying electricity to the refrigerator, microwave, TV and coffee pot. The ceiling in the bathroom was split open, very scary. The asbestos were exposed and there were red spiders all over the bathroom. The main window shade did not close properly and everyone could see you from the outside (no privacy). The main trash was literally in front of our room door and the odor seeped into the room. There is a train at the back of the property and it was running all night. It was very loud and hard to sleep. We asked the host if we could move to another room and he said no. There were empty rooms throughout our weekend stay but the host denied us from a safe and clean room. We paid almost $1000 and we couldn’t get a refund nor a clean or safe room. I added only a few photos because I couldn’t add more. I will never stay there again not a safe place. For safety reasons it’s really important that the property owner looks into all of these issues in room 122 and all the other rooms.

We've stayed at this hotel in the past. Always great to be so close to downtown OOB and not have to drive anywhere to get to places.

Had to ask for extra towels.
