The pool is always so very cold even on the hottest days it feels unbearable, but the motel is not at fault.

We stay here almost every year. The location is perfect walking distance to the attractions and there are several walkways to the beach close by. Room was clean, beds were soft. We like that our car is parked right in front of our room.

The biggest issue we had is that the TV's make you sign into your own application to use them and it takes over 30 minutes to operate the TV and even at that, it is faulty. I would recommend that they get a different TV provider so guests can turn on the TV and it works immediately. The other issue is the blinds in Room 230 facing the pool are broken so people can see into the room at night and there's no privacy. That is a quick fix, but should be done asap for other guests. Also, the staff knocked on the door at checkout time if you aren't out but then just opens your door. I would recommend giving people a minute or a sign on the door that people can put "do not disturb" or "please make up my room", etc. Otherwise, the staff is very attentive and friendly. The Chairs were also an issue as there weren't enough outside for each room, so people would be taking the chairs in front of your room. Just a few things to note, but we did enjoy our stay due to the location, cleanliness, pool, staff, and easiness of check in. Thank you!

The location of the hotel is great since it's near the pier. The Room we requested is at the end so it gives a little more privacy. We enjoyed the pool during the day. The check in process was very easy and stress free.

AC was very noising…we had to shut it off to sleep which made the room pretty warm. The vents on the front of the ac were covered with what looked like mold which should have been cleaned before room was used.

That we cldnt check in when we arrived. Sign on door said be right back, came back he later and still no one till I was about to leave again for a bit to re check.The room didn’t lock so we had to switch rooms

The toilet was clogged and we took care of it ourselves because it was a young teenage girl at the desk but she gave us a cheap plunger that didn’t really work but my husband fixed the problem And only gave us two towels offered to give us more but they kept saying laundry wasn’t done yet

If you are tired from travel, the roller coaster, the screams and traffic, and that train will prevent you from sleeping before 11 or midnight. Also, the prices of every location nearby dropped significantly, but we still paid premium prices with no cancelations for this dirty room. The smell of the room and the smokers right outside was not appreciated.

The location is a blessing and a curse. Right in the midst of all if the activity. Everything is a short walk, like feet away. Thursday fireworks are right outside your door.
