The carpets were outdated and dirty, same with the tub/shower. Electronics were very hit or miss. Loose and broken outlets.

I really liked the attached bar with the pool table room and how close it is to everything.

Refrigerator on the floor which is not good with a bad back or if you are an older person. No dresser to put your clothes away and, the bathroom wasn't clean baseboards were filthy.They advertised a free breakfast and all it was bag with a granola small cup of oranges and two very small donuts and coffee that's, not breakfast.Maid was very rude when I asked for a wash cloth she seemed to busy to comply.

I didn't like being dismissed by the front desk clerk. There was an issue with our sink,(It was missing the aerator) water would spray everywhere whenever we turned on the sink. We were a party of 3 fullsize adults and there were only 2 towels in the room. I kept being told housekeeping would take care of it. I was told the same thing when we asked for a pillow that was obviously missing from our beds. It just seemed like simple things were missing from our room, like a desk chair. Things that could be seen in other rooms, but not in ours. There was also a strong homeless presence. We were approached and asked for things twice. When I tried to address this with the front desk, she just said "Yeah, I know." The old saying you get what you pay for, definitely applies here, but still don't feel like we got our money's worth here.

I liked the location to our cruise port, but that's about it.

I keep getting the same room. Last time, the toilet wouldn't stop leaking all over the bathroom floor. ( I fixed it). This time the working microwave was gone. I could have used that.

I must say, the staff is fantastic! There are some issues like any building maintenance has with upkeep, however, they try. Which at this price is more I can say for any other place at this price. The lil bar there is cozy and has pool tables. Perfect if you just wanna hang out, but not get too stimulated by the public. Just enough. Not too much. The lil bartender is always sweet. I come here when I want a familiar place at home. They may not recognize me, but it's comforting to me to see their faces. It's my Stay'cation Home.

Price was ok. Location ok. Rooms need updating but livable. Other guests months great. Drugs and noise on the side we stayed in the back rooms. Needs some attention in all departments of the facility.

Room 153 was my first room the AC was not working and poured water all over the carpeted floor I called and was moved to room 125 that one didn't have the same handicap accessibility the tub was harder to use than a stand up shower the toilet didn't flush properly you had to hold the handle down to get a full flush then the toilet ran all the time if you didn't remember to jiggle the handle and the AC didn't go below 68 the room was hot
