Access to the ground floor rooms is direct from the pavement. Shoes are almost dirty by the time you enter the room. We had to frequently clean the floor during our stay. The doorstep mats were provided but those were already full of mud due to the rain. A little veranda or a covered corridor in front of the doors would be a nice solution.

Overall nice with all basic facilities provided.

Nothing really. Met my expectations.

Good value for money. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Almost all rooms are in the ground floor, which we love since we didn't need to carry our luggages through stairs. The parking space is also right in front of the room, which was convenient.

Honestly, I didn't have any specific problems with it, but my room was around the back and there is clearly an area in the back of the property (which is a lot larger than it looks) where people appeared to be living long term. No one bothered me, but it all did have a bit of a weird vibe. Like an old school motel combined with affordable housing. One issue with the room is that the drapes/blinds cover the AC unit and the air just goes up into the drapes instead of the room when you have the drapes closed. I tried to pin the drapes back but nothing helped, so I just turned off the AC when I went to sleep because it wasn't too hot, air wasn't really coming into the room, and it was annoying to see and hear the drapes blowing all around.

The room was large and clean and the bed comfortable, and the price was good. It was a convenient place to stay for quick access to the Corning Museum of Glass, which is maybe a 5 minute drive from the motel.

The shower head needed to be more consistent with the pressure. The bed was a bit stiff. There weren't a lot of options on the TV.

The location was right off the highway, so very convenient for us just passing through to a different location. There was a great breakfast place just a small drive away. The room was clean when we came in. The staff was wonderfully friendly even though we checked in really late. Offered free waters for each guest! We traveled with a dog and it was great to walk around the property with him - it was rather large so made for a good walk.

The pictures online were a little deceiving about the outside of the building. For picky people, I could see it as off putting and they may choose elsewhere, but you can see renovations are in progress.

The rooms were spacious and the pool was clean. It’s convenient to many stores and Corning area.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond. The room was clean, comfortable and had an air conditioner, fridge and microwave. The rooms have private entries and we could park right at the door which is very convenient (We were on the ground floor). Coffee in the lobby. Close proximity to local attractions. There is an outdoor pool and the grounds are very nice. 24 hour desk. We would stay again.

The location is great - right next to Walmart and some stores. 6-8 min away driving away from Corning, which has lots to do! Also not far away from Elmira. The building is a bit outdated but the room is good for its prices. Staff are very nice.
