The towels, sheets...a little outdated and worn withered. Should be able to afford new and better sheets as a hotel. Towels were stained and unattractive. I had to go to my truck and get my own for me and my children to wash ourselves with.

I didn't appreciate being charged more for my room once I arrived.

Check in went smoothly except the total price was different from what I booked and the front desk said I booked for 2 adults and 2 children. Upon review of my confirmed booking I booked for 4 adults. She charged me $10.00 more for the booking even though I didn't do it wrong.

They appear to not accommodate for the handicap. True enough, I didn't request or notify in advance that my daughter was paraplegic, however they appeared not to even make an effort for accommodations. If this were the case & they did, maybe I would feel a tiny bit better and have a little more understanding. As a result I had to make a very risky attempt to get my daughter and her wheelchair up approximately 25 -30 stairs just so we wouldn't be charged and still have no place to sleep for the night. In looking around, other than a handicap parking spot at the office, it's my belief they are not in complete accordance with the states ADA laws.

To be honest, I didn't like a thing about the place. It was filthy m..nothing worked ...I tried to go get food and was approached twice to buy crack and once for coke. . I don't even smoke crack! Lol. I felt like I got a disease from the bathtub (which for the record is not a hot tub.... it is a tub with six jet holes, only one worked poorly and sprayed water all over my electronics) ...when all I was trying to do was get clean.

The room was not clean! Signs everywhere about human trafficking and sex trade. No amenities in the room except fridge and tv. We rented the spa room as we traveled for 14 hrs and needed a jacuzzi tub to help work out the aches and pains of driving so long. The whole bathroom is in the room. No door to the toilet. It’s open to the room.

After we left, never got out of car, we called and canceled reservations. Older lady that answered the phone didn’t ask for my info, i had to tell it to her so she would have it. I found out later, she told booking that I was a no show. Called later after trying to get a refund from booking, they said ok and to call Hotel. Called them and same lady answered, said ok and would refund… Refund never happened!!

Nothing, seeing the people roaming around the outside of building, wife said “I’m not staying here”. It looked like a place you go to buy “crack”

I paid $77 online for THIS DUMP!! Not even woth $40/night! The reviews lied!!!! Drugies in area stalking asking for wifi password & roaming property fighting, Felt my family & property were unsafe. Room dirty, bathroom & towels had hair, no soap, beds hard with stained sheets, no breakfast, cold coffee, man at desk in morning was rude to my husband EVERY TIME he talked to him about our stay. Grounds littered with trash and womens underwear, guests smoking weed and drinking out on balconies above us. Awful place. My whole family didn't sleep all night!
