First couple of stays weren't bad but last week was the worst for bugs. Not bed bugs, but rather roaches and the like.

Decent location if you like to be away from things (which I do) but not overly far. Road work makes it hard to get out but that's temporary. Excellent and friendly staff.

It wasn’t as clean as in looked in the pictures I got one with the kitchenette and it was very dirty every wall was dirty needs a repaint or just a good scrubbing. There were roaches, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It was very noisy. Other times that I stayed there it wasn't as bad. Not sure what was the issue this time.

The desk clerk, Vicki was very accommodating.

There was no phone in the room, cobwebs on the vent and a corner of the bathroom and my booking gave me a total price, but I get there and was charged more.

We stay here at least 3 times a year for the last several years, we are all seniors and some of us are unable to walk well so we ask for a lower level room and only twice in the last couple years has that request been honored ! Seems they rent the bottom rooms to the people who are working construction jobs nearby.

When I checked in, the lady had a dog in the lobby, and there was a foul odor. I asked for extra blankets. I was given one and told it was all they had

I liked the location I usually stay at this hotel whenever I stay in Huntsville. I love that it's not far from the University.

upstairs person walked all over room and back and forth until 4:30 in the morning. bed was not clean, liquid on top sheet and down to bottom sheet. bed was very hard and felt like bugs crawling on both of us.

I reserved this room since July 2022. We arrived past check in time. The accomodations I had requested were not made. I wanted a 2bed NON SMOKING 1st floor room. When I get there they had me in a 2bed smoking room on the 2nd floor. I told them that wasnt going to work. They tried shifting things around but said they had a new system in place and were unable to switch me rooms. I said ok let me go check out the smoking room available to me. I go in there and theres pizza boxes on the counter and beds are stripped of linen. The room smelled ALOT like cigarettes.It hadn't been cleaned yet this was past 4pm. I go back to the office and let the manager at the desk know about how the room hadnt been cleaned yet. Another lady was checking in who had booked a 2bed non smoking unit and was requesting a 1 bed unit because her husband couldnt make the trip. Thankfully it worked out great because they ended up putting me in her room and gave her a 1 bed unit. If it wasnt for that customer cancelling her room I dont think our trip wouldve been good. Considering everything in the area was booked for the weekend. The room they finally gave us was very tidy and smelled clean. My concern were roaches on the restroom floor and counter top at night. Hope this will get resolved and be better next time. Thank you!

Mirrors were dirty ,it had not been detailed, coffee was terrible ,a dog had shit at the end of our staircase and peed on the bottom of staircase ,no one cleaned the entire 2 nights we stayed . We are 67 years old and I reserved downstairs. We had to climb the stairs carrying luggage Awful ,I'll never stay at one again .the TV did not have a remote the entire day one

Being woken up at 0300 to yelling and fighting. Thinking a bullet would be coming through our window any minute. That complex is shady and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Towels and bed sheets with black marks. Come on! Invest in some dang clean sheets and towels. How about towels that aren't pencil thin and as small as a child.
