The non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke. The floor felt like it Leaned as well as the bath tub. Both blankets had cigarette burns on them. The light over the sink had a sensor and it clicked off and on all night even though nobody was walking around. The bed felt like it was leaning and was not very comfortable. Outside of the office smelled like sewer.

The entry needs a label; google maps took longer to advice where it was and we passed the entry twice. noise level was mid at night but bad after 7am. The tile was cracking on several areas and the bathtub was super slippery. Only 1 toilet paper roll was in our room for 4 people.

I like the fact that there was a convenience store next door. Mcds and whata were like 5 minutes away. And 13 minutes away from our destination.A/C was perfect. Blinds covered our room

I disliked the bathroom door being broken and the TV not responding to the controller. I do like how comfy the room is and the bath was nice to shower in.

The "breakfast" was below standard. Only kids cereal is available, the waffle mix was separated, Check out time is 11:45am. I had to talk to the manager Saturday morning to get an extra 15 minutes. I had asked for this Fri night, but the staff was not authorized to give it.

Location is good for events downtown. I found a fun Vietnamese & beer bar restaurant near by.

After making a reservation weeks in advance, I was told all they had was smoking rooms…period. After not being scared away with that statement, I finally got them to say we could come back later in afternoon after they clean a non smoking room. Could have opened with that statement. Room was adequate, outside of hotel and surroundings look really rough. Title of hotel has Downtown in it. While it is close, it is NOT downtown.

The location is next to a gas station that has a lot of vagrants and sketchy people. The employee at the front office acted like he didn't want to be there. No smile. No greeting. No welcome. No "thank-you." The mattres had a big dent on the side where I was laying that I thought I was going to fall out of bed.

The tub needed unclogging, they need to have their cleaning staff to do a more thorough job of cleaning before their guests arrive. The room still has the aroma of smoke, even though I requested a non-smoking room. Put some air freshener in the room. I shouldn't have to ask for the WiFi password, they should have just written it on the greeting card. The TV should have been ready to play when I clicked the remote, instead I had to go through the settings, it's not my job to be my own tech support to make the TV work. My main issue with the hotel is: they need to hire friendly staff that greets the customer with a smile when the customer is checking in, they don't look like they are happy to work there.
