Drug users hanging around the facilities , there are signs to take your personal belongings from your car because the property is not responsible for the dug abusers they let stay there. Cigarette ashes where the toilet paper is supposed to go is nasty.. bath tub looks fairly clean but could be better and the room was a non smoking room but it smells like Cigarettes and has an ash tray ... underneath the sink maintenance is not well looks tackythe air conditioner wasn't on when we got here and it was 89 degrees outside so the room was very hot. I would not pay $100 to stay here because it is not worth the price for the dirt and also feeling uneasy because of druggies frequenting in the other rooms outside and in hallway spaces

The bedding was all stained and the walls wasn't clean you could see coffee and some other stuff on the walls it took us 3 times to get clean bedding

Toilet was weird and tricky to flush Automatic motion lights that turn off when theres no movement The shower didnt get hot

I liked the room, it was great for the price. And i was able to have my cat there :)

No Towels, wash clothes. I wasn't aware that if you're out, they will not leave any when they are back in supply. You should not be expected to share the same towels and wash clothes for the entire stay with your family

Deadbolt broken- unable to lock. Ceiling Multi colored from patching/painting / damage. mold on ceiling. Filthy shower curtain. Stains on bedding. Laminate peeling from bottom of wall. Dirty walls.

I am handicap with MS, no other financial assistance. These people have no respect for the handicap the refuse to check there systems before bamming on your door. I AM GETTING MAJOR HEADACHES FROM THIS.

Dirty towels, sheets and sink. Lighting was terrible, bedding was uncomfortable and bed frame was noisy. Had an overpowering smell when we walked in. The door seemed flimsy and let in a lot of outdoor noise, did not feel safe.

Almost cancelled Our rooms after making reservations to pay onsight and also after physically talking with the Staff about reservations, AC leaked water all over the floor - which We had to use some of Our Towels for which are limited... Drug addict roaming the walkway to Our room after the event asking Us for drugs, safety locks all busted... No additional chair at desk... Sock stuffed into hold... Just overall no really cares anyway...

The convenience near Hershey Stadium, clean sheets (I think) and that's about it... Served it purpose... But...

The few towels that I did get were all stained and disgustingly dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, my door to my room you can see daylight through it.

The lobby sign said there would be coffee from 6-10AM. I went down at 6:50 & 6:15 & obviously woke up the person on duty and there wasn't coffee made.

This is a $54 a night room. It was exactly as I expected. Affordable, comfortable & clean. Bonus was the refrigerator & microwave.

It was very dirty. Could not get anyone at the front desk. There was something beeping in the room and we couldn't find anyone to get it fixed. The bathroom was not clean at all. There was mold on shower walls and mold on the ceiling. The blankets and towels were very dirty. There was a poop stain on the toilet seat. Graffiti written on walls and nightstand.

Nothing. We ended up not staying because the room was absolutely disgusting. It was cheap but not worth it. Also wouldn't refund us.

There was no housekeeping service provided throughout the entire stay. The facility smelled like marijuana and beer. There were beer bottles sitting on the ledges outside every day. And the outlet in the room was not working.

There was no breakfast. The location was good.

Bare bones room. Absolutely no services, hair dryer, no shampoo, nothing.

Location was good and they had smoking rooms, The lady at the desk was great, The bed had a great mattress or topper. That was surprising after the first impression upon entering.
