Kind of loud due to the construction but out of the control of the hotel.

Right in the heart of downtown.

My room smelled like cigarettes. And the floor had this weird sound when I’d step on it, like it was unsticking and when I’d step it would stick back to the floor. Also the vending machine wasn’t working. The numbers are broken.

Across the street from the Van Buren which is where I was headed. Also close and in walking distance to a few other venues. It was a cute room. I liked the art

On the other side of the road is a club and it was very noisy all night long.

Downtown location, nice staff, remodelled rooms, window in bathroom.

It’s on the outskirts of downtown, there was a lot of construction during my time, and it got really loud around 3-4am. There were homeless people in the neighborhood, not at the hotel. They were harmless and nothing scary.

The location of this hotel was perfect, not too far from the airport, was really close to downtown as well as Chase field. There are lime scooters all over the place so getting around was super easy. Staff at the front was very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean, everything that you would expect was there, and it had a smart tv. Only drawback was the size of the bathroom, but it worked perfectly fine.

Close to a lot of bars/nightclubs so loud music on a Saturday until late, ear plugs required.

These are just nitpicks-We stayed for five days and didn't even realize there was a "breakfast". The cleaning ladies can be a bit loud and aggressive, attempting to come in at 900/930am daily. I did appreciate the cleanliness & not seeing any bugs but still annoying when you have to call everyday and ask they don't enter cause of belongings. Wifi could be better.

We liked the people at the front desk, they were very nice. We liked that they were quick to handle a noise complaint. We loved the walk in shower. We loved the artist style room complete with the unique & stylish microwave and fridge. We appreciated how clean the room was also.

There was no closet or dresser in which to store my clothes. I saw a roach in the bathroom twice. Maintenance came to replace the air conditioner in the morning while I was still resting.

The bed was comfortable and the room was equipped with an iron, ironing board, and refrigerator. Air conditioner kept the room comfortably cool. Front desk staff allowed me to store my luggage with them after checkout until I had to leave for my flight.

For me there was nothing to not like.

Location was good. Room was basic but price was very good. There were no frills (e.g., pool, breakfast, gym), it was just a basic room.

I would have liked an electrical outlet at desk height near desk.

Comfortable room. Very powerful air conditioner, which was appreciated since it was 110° outside. Everything was very clean. The location was good for me. Less than one minute walk to my show. A good value overall and I would recommend this motel.

The location downtown was close to several restaurants and sites of interest. For the price, the facilities were fine. Do understand that this is not a five star hotel. This is for people who want a clean and comfortable room, and can deal with being in a metropolitan downtown with its fair share of people of all kinds. Also, if you're a bit adventurous and have the physical ability, you can get around easily on scooters for rent half a block away.

The walls were very thin and there was a lot of noise from the street and other guests. So bring ear plugs if sleep is important to you!

Staff was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for the area (our first time in downtown Phoenix). We needed additional toiletries (soap, shampoo) and the front desk happily obliged. Free parking was appreciated. Excellent location for exploring downtown Phoenix.

The only thing I did not like was that you could hear all the street traffic and homeless junkies yelling and carrying on. Obviously the hotel cannot control that, the area is full of transients.

The hotel was 5 minutes from my job. It is an older building but the room was clean, the AC was cold and the bed was extra comfy. Despite the random man yelling outside, I had the best sleep. The staff at check in and check out were extremely nice and welcoming.
