The room and building had a very strong smell, probably a mix of cleaner and straight up perfume. Not necessarily a bad smell, but extremely strong.

The price was right, and I liked that the room floor was laminate, not carpet. It looked pretty clean.

The exterior facade of the hotel is older in appearance. It gives late 90’s stucco vibes. The back side of the property could definitely use updating. It would add to the need for more parking and alleviate the tight parking on the main side.

The property is actually located in a nicer area close to shopping by the mall. The rooms were pretty much as pictured. The 100 rooms are actually an exterior door room unlike the 200 and 300 rooms which have interior hallways. The staff was nice and went out the way to provide quality service. You can see that the property owner is trying to update the rooms with quality toilets, furnishings, etc.

The TV was so old that I couldn’t even connect my Roku stick to it.

Coffee wasn't changed enough, it was old every time went for a cup.... that could be my timing though. The vending machines kind of semi function, I couldn't get my dollar to work and didn't have change on me at the time. Other than these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay.

The booking fare was justified. The room was cleaned with effort. The people who work here are pleasant. The location was perfect distance from the mall, a McDonald's and gas station.. all walking distance making it an ideal location for future bookings.

The morning front desk clerk called the phone in the morning to see if I was checking as I was gathering my belongings heading out but when I answered the phone he didn't say anything. I said hello again but no answer so I hung up. When I approached the front desk he asked me my room number and why I hung up on him. I said to the clerk I said hello twice but no one answered. He was very ignorant nasty other than that my stay is usually great and welcoming.

My husband and I didnt like the smell when we first walked in and were checking in. The lobby smelled like marijuana and it traveled all throughout the 2nd floor. The bed also made a weird nice when my hsuband sat on it (plus it was a tad bit uncomfortable).

I like the friendliness of the staff. The check in was smooth despite there being alittle bit of confusion at first, but it was cleared right away. We stayed here for a few nights and there are no complaints except the smell of the overall lobby and the beds.

The Wifi was lousy, could barely maintain signal. There was no breakfast, and they did not have an amenities/snack shop. The parking lot was too small

The location had two parking lots, but only one was usable since the other was on a steep cliff that could possibly scrape your car. Due to this, finding a parking spot in the evening could prove to be difficult.

The staff were friendly and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Crabtree mall, which provides a great source for shopping and food

It was okay. It did not have an elevator to the second floor and I had to carry my luggage upstairs. I’m a senior citizen and didn’t like this fact and told them so.

Pillows were like rocks and the only vending machines they had were cash only. Tv remote didn't work.
