Clean room and linens. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure.

Clean, simple.

Our room had an odor and needed better ventilation.

Close to restaurants and shopping. The facilities were very clean and much nicer than you'd expect at this price. Way nicer than you'd expect at a higher price, in fact.

Not a thing.

Facilities will soon need an upgrade but overall satisfied for the amount of money spent.

Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We are local and just wanted a romantic getaway. After arriving were told we don't normally rent to locals. So we won't be back. I was also told ad it been someone else checking us in we would have been turned away. They should include that info on their site.

It was very safe, and clean enough. Staff were very friendly.

The lack of elevator to floor 2 :/, and the room smelt of mildew, though looked clean.

A very good value for what it is. The room is clean, but you can also see where they control the costs (even the sink soap is a refillable pump dispenser vs a single use bar; there's no coffee maker; etc). But it's fine for the cost and the facilities and room are well maintained. The staff is great and very helpful, even when arriving late and last minute.

The wifi was very slow.

I liked the location and the casino. There was one lady in the night who was very kind to my son and went the extra mile to get him marshmallow hot chocolate. We liked her and she was the light of it all.

The room smelled horrible. The front desk ladies were running the entire motel, so it was attitude when you rang the bell for help. Check-in was at 1pm, but we were not able to check in til hours after. There was no mini fridge or microwave. We had to make a sink cooler with ice and a towel.

The person at the front desk, upon our arrival, could have been a little more cordial but I could tell she had a long day. We all have one from time to time.
