The inside door handle of my first room (122) completely broke off because it consisted mostly of string and tin foil. The second room (124) was fine with the exception of the "art work" displayed on the sink wall.

The toilet wouldn't flush. There were crumbs all over and under the tables. Half the TV remote buttons didn't work. Bathroom wasn't very clean. Ceiling tiles looked moldy.

Just needs a spruce up

Front desk clerk (probably owner) was very cheerful and accommodating. Issue with room at check in and he graciously moved us to another room. Convenient in town location. Property just needs a little TLC and facelift but is about what you would expect for the price. It was fine for my very short stay.

Just about everything. It's sad that we paid 500% over the regular price for this room for 3 nights. The list of complaints is long, so bare with me as I go room by room: shower only sprayed mist despite strong water pressure through tub, tile in shower that appeared to be someone's died boogers, toilet seat falling off so unable to sit comfortably, cheap soap that fell apart each day, hair dryer that had funky sticky gunk all over it, no iron, bed made with someone's hair on the sheets, chair that appeared to be used for something other than sitting on it and not usable for sitting, at night you can hear the next room using their toilet and flushing and listening to it as it flows by, carpet stains. 995 for 3 nights, just ridiculous for this place.

Location next to the river walk. First time in Augusta, will not be staying here or near the area. The river walk is not enough to keep me there. Big disappointment

The metal frame for the bathroom door was rusted badly and about four inches of it was completely gone at the bottom on one side. The walls were very thin and I could hear the conversations in the rooms on both sides of mine. The electrical outlets are very old and one had obvious scorch marks where something had shorted out. The outlets were also very loose and it was difficult to keep things plugged in. A very weird man was selling Masters golf tournament tickets on the sidewalk just outside his room. (It was Masters weekend.) I could go on....

The worst of the worst. Sketchy area with homeless people loitering everywhere. Felt super unsafe and had to leave. Bloodstains on sheets, mystery white stains on bed frame and chair. Smelled of death and stale cigs.

When I arrived at 5:30 pm the office was closed. I had to dig out the reservation and call the number and wait 7-8 minutes for someone to check me in. The room was dirty, particularly the bathroom. Mold and paint chips.

Nothing! The photo that is shown is most likely from the time the place was built! This place is 40 years or more old!

The website doesn’t give pictures or evidence of how the place really is. It has regular tenants that sleep there every night along with inappropriate activities happening in the nighttime. This place is disgusting. The beds have bedbugs. The bathroom smells like poop that when the door is open, smells up the rest of the room. I was told that I couldn’t have a key to the room because the repair guy has not come today to repair the lock. So I would have to lock the door inside and I should be safe and if I leave the room the front desk will unlock it for me. I had my elderly parents with me in that place was gross negligence!
