United StatesThe hotel is completely run down nasty and dirty and the price is outrageous and now they have black the booking site so you cannot book your room anymore and the price is crazy it's $80 a night for this room and it's even more for the weekend And everyone was freezing because it kept leaking air our heater hardly heated the room and people kept walking in and out of door because our door didn't lock all the way

United StatesDrug dealings going on barely 3ft from the door to my room. Drug overdose within 10ft of the door to my room. Noise going on all through the night. When we report the noise nothing happens. The step to go into my room is rotted, I've nearly fallen a dozen times. It was reported the morning of my second day here. Was told they'd have maintenance come by to check it out. No one came. Still no maintenance has come and I've been here a month now. They say this place is a 2 star rating, I'd never give this place a 2 star rating. It was ten times better when it was Motel 6.

United StatesThe laundry room needs upgrading and disinfected! Also the kitchenette we had was dirty and disgusting! Microwave had an old liquid inside, a wad of hair in the bathtub, ac vents corroded with black dust crap, mini fridge was not cleaned and the floors were filthy (literally FILTHY).
Overall the staff is good. However it would take several attempts to get fresh towels.
