I did not like that the heater didn't work, and it was cold last night. The night staff gave us extra blankets and no microwave in the room, but he gave us a rusty one I told the manager, and he said they he should have moved us to another room and given us a new microwave . The manager gave me a great discount card for the next visit, and the manager apologized There things in the room needed to be fixed and thr the couch was dirty and should be replaced.

I liked that it was a halfway point between my home and boyfriend.

No breakfast and tv didn’t work but one of the workers helped . Other was not very helpful at all . Wouldn’t switch us rooms event though we asked for full amenities and once room wasn’t cleaned properly.

Super nice maids. Sunny , older gentleman was very helpful and so was the young man!

The other guest were loud all day and night. The room I stayed in had a two in space under the bottom of the door...I had to take a big towel to place under the door to make sure insects couldn't get in.

The staff was friendly and the room was bigger than most.

Tiny black roaches in our room. Have visited for many years and only seen such this time. I hope they take care of it right away.

The host doesn’t recognize “reservations”. According to the lady I spoke with its first come first serve and I made reservation with “booking.com” and not with their hotel. Also stated a FAR higher rate than what booking provided when I tried to get a room directly through them. Thieves and absolutely trash customer service.

Charging a “weekend fee” 95$ for a room that doesn’t have a working tv or ac. Either or. Fridge was missing. Doesn’t even have breakfast. False advertising!

I did not like the rejection of my payment via my Mastercard simply because I hold a Nigerian Passport. Granted that a few of my country men have been of bad behavior, but that does not mean that every one else is a criminal. The criminal element are very few compared with the very good and honest ones of who I am. I had to insist that my card should be used to take the payment for services rendered while I sought for the earlier cash that I was forced to pay initially. I left my contact details with the Hotel Manager in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong with the payment.

No breakfast was provided and there were not facilities in the rooms for guests to prepare their own breakfast. For a guest like me who is on holidays, it is not good to stay in a hotel where I cannot get at least, a breakfast.

They lied on the website about the check in time they said u can check out at 1 but then when we went they said we had to wait till 3 or pay 35 dollars and then when we came back they had gave us the wrong room package therefore changing the price and when we mentioned this they said it's not possible to change the price suprise surprise they where wrong and made a mistake and we didn't even get our refund on the extra we payed. The room we got was do dusty as well I have very mild allergies but they went crazy when I tried to sleep in there also the breakfast the advertised is not there they do not serve breakfast so u are basically paying for all these amenities u are not getting

Very noise dirty just a a Runde down place. We moved out after one night - the remboursiert for a. 7 night booking 68;dollars ——- a rip off don t book there.

There's nothing I didn't like

The front desk lady was extremely nice and friendly. I didn't get her name but she upgraded my room for free and it was exceptional! The rainfall shower was so refreshing and the vintage appliances were such a cute touch!
