The remote did not work very well. There was nobody available when we checked in at 4:00 in the afternoon we had to actually call somebody. There were no wash clouds in the bathroom.

The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The TV was good.

The owner /manager requires a separate $10 cash fee (for website reservation) that is not disclosed in the booking and yet I could not cancel since Booking.com had a $62 cancellation fee. The ice machine and vending supplies are not working and the Spa/pool is not working(filles with algea) but not identified in the description

Television- It didn't work, he came down and left before getting it to work. Bathroom-sink and toilet both backed up and we had to use the provided plunger. Bed-It was a California King, only two standard pillows were provided. Amenities-because we were only staying one night none were provided; no iron, refrigerator, microwave, he advised that these were for weekly guests only.

The mini fridge was in a box, there were old pillows on the bed, the TV did not work until we plugged in the cable box, the room looked like it was put together last minute. When we tried to take a shower the water wouldn't get warm for several minutes then it was barely warm for just a little while which made it impossible for both of us to take a shower. The door didn't lock so it was hard for us to sleep because of the neighborhood the hotel is in. The toilet did not flush and it looked like it was busted. There were a lot of men standing out by the cars just loitering making me feel very unsafe to go outside to my car by myself. 100% would not recommend for any single women to stay there alone.

Sink & bathtub didn't drain after washing hands or after taking a shower. Bed was uncomfortable. Ice machine wasn't working. Vending machine was empty.

There was no breakfast. There was no pool. Roaches in the room. The pictures do not show correctly. Says pet friendly but isn't. When I rented this room, it didn't mention a 100 deposit plus 20 dollars cash for a service charge. So after my payment of the room, I had to pay another 120 dollars. And it took a week for the deposit to come back to my account.

Nice staff.. downstairs room the bed was comfy. It was quiet.

Our rooms shower was messed up, the tv didn’t have a remote, once we got the remote it was not connected to the tv. The bed only had 2 pillows, 4 would have been ideal. The pool was not open.

It was better than some of the other hotels around but not the best I’ve been to.

We walked into our room and it wreaked of mildew/mold. The cleanliness looked like the bed was just made up from the previous person staying, not smelling clean or washed. The tv and lights were on when we walked in. The bathtub is stained pink, there’s something on the wall that looks like things weren’t wiped down at all… it’s yellow… plus there were places on the carpet floor that were wet.

The front desk woman was very nice.

The room had different types of hair in the carpet old dryed up rose petals left on the floor tub was clogged with hair hair all in the bathroom refrigerator wasn’t closing shut they replaced it with another one which didn’t even get cold so all my food that I had in there went bad they told me they were going to place me in another room but it never happened they are never at the front desk you have to call them in order to get any type of help just horrible

No fridge, no microwave, no iron, no hair dryer. If you are over 5'5", you're not gonna be able to soak in the tub. Weak water pressure. Tub takes hours to drain. Multiple bulbs were burnt out. Sheets were clean, but stained.

Check in was 3pm. Arrived at 4:10. Room was not ready. Was asked to wait 20 minutes for him to get it ready. Asked if I could be discounted for the inconvenience, as was told "he could just cancel the reservation." Rude. No coffee pot or coffee in room. Stood in water during shower as tub was extremely slow to drain. No blow dryer, no iron or ironing board.

None served. They had coffee and pre-packaged muffins and honeybuns as well as some fruit in the lobby as I was checking out.
