the wifi. the wifi was not working at all with any devices and i couldn't watch my streaming programs if i didn't use my own data.

The king size bed was very sloped on one side making it feel as if falling out of bed so had to sleep in the middle. It was also visibly noticeable to be lopsided. For the price of the room, they should replace the mattress. Also the price was very very high probably because of the event being held in the city (US Figure Skating Championships) but seemed a bit excessive and honestly a bit unfair. But really enjoyed the stay and the skating.

Perfect location to walk to INTRUST and surrounding restaurants. The hotel restaurant was delicious! Nice big room with beautiful bathroom. Free shuttle to and from airport.

We could have used information listing where the ice machine was located and what amenities you offer or things to do nearby. The little refrigerator wasn’t cold. Your phones were screwy, it wouldn’t hang up. An additional light near the sofa would help. Service was exceptional (see comment above).

Beautiful , spacious and well appointed room. Spotlessly clean . Very friendly, welcoming and helpful front desk staff . The bar and staff are great and the food there and at Siena of the highest quality. I felt very comfortable in the hotel. Great location for seeing what Wichita has to offer

Computer issues caused us to not get our room key until the next morning. Thankfully the staff were very nice and had no issues opening the doors for us. We also weren't told about the parking pass, until the day after check in.

A few small things might need repair, like the window blinds that were broken. They look fine. But, they wouldn’t stay open as designed. Not the properties fault, but downtown can be a bit noisy.

Beautiful downtown location. Amazing staff. Hotel, Valet, restaurant and speak easy staff are all very warm and friendly. The evening valet was incredible. He should be the concierge. He attended to our needs above and beyond parking our car. I’m not sure how to express how kind and caring he seemed. I’m sorry that I’m unable to remember his name. My wife thinks it was Charles.

That when we first arrived the elevator was not working. Not the staffs fault but was viewed as an omen. Didn't turn out to be though. There was also toilet paper in the bathroom floor when we arrived. Didn't look used but looks are sometimes deceiving.

We love the Dockum. It was very interesting. The beds were really comfortable and the blackout curtains were exceptional. It was in a good location Downtown. Not a far walk from other things in the area.

Could not figure out how to use the TV. Only 1 small trash can in bathroom. Wichita is great, but was nervous to leave the hotel at night due to downtown location.

Great hotel, beautiful building. Speakeasy in basement was a blast. Restaurant was delicious. Beds were comfortable.
